Hello, i recently ordered from axes femme online and was wondering about pre-orders. I pre-ordered something from there a while ago and it said it would be available mid-October to mid-November. I'm curious about when it will ship or if I'll get a notification or what. Have you been through this and if you have could you explain the process? Thanks!

So sorry if this is old, I don't get notifications for messages going to my side blogs for some reason lately!Anyway - they should send you an email when your order has shipped! I don't remember what shipping company axes femme uses, but there will likely be a tracking number in the email as well (but domestic shipping in Japan is ridiculously fast anyway... I once got an order the same day it was shipped!)Hope that helps :)

I’m not sure why you’re wanting to buy in bulk..? But I guess regardless, the process is going to be the same whether you’re buying one of an item or ten of it.There are many, many shopping service guides out there - just Google for them.

Hello!

I can't say for sure, but sounds to me that your credit card company blocked the charge because it was foreign. This isn't uncommon, it's a practice to protect against fraud. You'll have to call them up and tell them to expect a charge coming from Japan - it should go through then.
