Inner Work: Don’t think that wisdom is something exclusively celestial, transcendent or “out there.” Many people make the mistake of thinking this way. Instead, ground your wisdom and bring yourself back down to earth. Connect with the wisdom of your body. Immerse yourself in the divine intelligence of nature (of which you are inextricably entwined). Remember that you are both human and divine. You are both sacred and wild. The solution isn’t to try to transcend and escape from yourself. Instead, it is to come back home to what you already are deep inside; what your bones, blood, and sweat carry. Embrace the earthy, animal wisdom deep inside of you. Trust your inner wild.
