For the sake of bettering himself, and bettering the Phansite he made to support the Phantom Thieves, he’s more than willing to be someone’s errand boy. That’s what he told himself; the ends justified the means. He’d have to pay close attention and –

He’s only met Sojiro in passing once or twice. Mishima cant say he knows much at all about the man, but it still makes him a touch nervous. “Wh….why wont he be happy?” Because Mishima would be going into Futaba’s room? Oh. He’d. Be going into a girl’s room. This was a first. He already felt like his palms were sweating at just the thought – that would be perfectly good reason for a grown up not to be happy with someone like him. Not that Mishima could even–
He just had to focus on the reason he was going with Futaba in the first place.
- - she can’t help but snicker at the change in expression-- the comment was made entirely in jest, after all, considering sojiro never enters her room. worst-case scenario would be him hearing them talking, but even then, he’s well aware that she would raise hell were he to invade her privacy. regardless, figuring out a schedule is the next step, right? ❝ so, when do you wanna start? ❞
- - her phone is in her hands mere seconds after the question is posed, a finger tapping idly at the screen. ❝ i’m good for pretty much any time. i mean, it’s not like i go to school or anything. ❞ there is perhaps a hint of smugness concealed within her tone, a smirk crossing her face as she makes the comment-- he’ll have to consider his school schedule as well, after all. ❝ so we’ll have to keep it to after school or weekends? ❞
- - she very smoothly neglects to mention the fact that she might not be available sometimes-- while she may not attend school, being a phantom thief is a rather sporadic occupation, at times.

- - she didn’t realise that she’d been shivering, arms wrapped around her midsection in an attempt to keep warm, until akira’s jumper finds its way over her shoulders. her initial response is expected– she turns, wide-eyed, to face him ( and her attempt to form words, both questioning ones and ones of thanks, fails miserably. she hopes it escapes his notice. )
- - though it feels like far too long ( in reality, a mere few minutes have passed ) she eventually gathers her words, removing the jumper from her shoulders and slipping it on as she thinks. it’s warm-- she can barely feel the cold through the soft material. ❝ ...thanks, akira. ❞
