Moved

I've moved to @evilinisms , so if anyone wants to go follow me there, I'd be grateful 💕
It's still our same old Evelyn, only now she is being used in not only the Fbawtft fandom, but also Marvel and DC, among others Xxx

So basically

So this blog is going to go through a bit of revamping....and by revamping, I mean a complete move of blogs. I'll be roleplaying still, obviously, but I've just been so dead in the Fbawtft roleplaying community for ages. That being said, I will still roleplay Fbawtft, but among other things, namely marvel and DC.
I don't even know if anyone I used to roleplay with is actually going to see this, but this is really just a little message for anyone out there that will xx

Just a little something

I'm sorry I've been gone for ages, but I also will probably be gone for a bit longer, too. School's mental, and I'm only logged on onto this Tumblr account on my old phone, my laptop has my study Tumblr and my new phone has my new roleplaying account (( @alicethxrn , shameless self promo, DC mostly but I'm down for anything )), and I have so much going on on both of those and irl that I don't really have the time to keep switching over accounts.
That being said, come summer time, Evelyn and Carmel will be back up and running. If you need to get in touch, you can find me on my other roleplaying account, or you can private message me for my Snapchat.
I love you all, even those I have never interacted with, and I promise that this is only temporary ~ Jess x

"Fashion ... the crave to fit into society ... the need to be 'different' ... " Rivers spoke as he wrote on the yellow page. He had picked up a magazine, its purpose to enlighten people on the ways of fashion., Rivers chuckled to himself as he read through it. "I wonder what should could deduct from my fashion." Mused Dr Rivers finishing off his sentence. "Probably nothing good." Closing the magazine he stared up at the sky watching the clouds slowly drift by. The park was quiet this afternoon.

The blonde crept up behind the man, stiffling a giggle before she spoke. “Writing about fashion?” Eve questioned, an eyebrow raised and a smirk dancing on her lips. “That’s usually my expertise.Evelyn Ogtrop,” she smiled, extending a hand to shake. “And you are?”

“Well lucky for you they were purposely enchanted just for your kind-“ He chuckled to himself. “An endless supply should be good enough.” Rivers shrugged grinning. “Let’s hope you don’t get a stomach ache.”

"Puh-lease. Me? A stomach ache? From eating too much? Never. I'm far too trained in the art of overeating," the blonde joked, shaking her head. "Although, thanks for warning me, Doc. If I did get a stomach ache and you hadn't, well, what a tragedy that would be."

“More so critiqueing my dear.” Dr Rivers commented un-fazed by her appearing behind him. “Doctor William Rivers, pleasure.” He smiled at her. “I was just talking about you - so what do you think of my ‘fashion’ choices?” This should be good.

“They’re….” Evelyn started, looking the man up and down before placing the tip of her index finger on her chin. “Fine. Nothing far too extravagant, but sometimes less is more.Only sometimes though.More is also more, more works too.” She started circling him, examining his outfit even more. “I mean, it is put together quite well, there’s no arguing with that. And it fits pretty well, too.”

Laughing, she shrugged her shoulders. “But hey,” the blonde smiled, shaking her head. “I’m no designer, or stylist, if you want a professional opinion you should go ask one of them. I’m just an editor.”

The doctor couldn’t help but laugh extremely loud, he seemed to be tearing up holding onto his side. “You sure are a funny one miss oh my!” He chuckled wiping away a tear. “But don’t worry your expectations will surely be met soon enough.” Rivers patted his hair grinning. “I don’t know what I would exspected of an editor of a fashion magazine to be fair. Probably a snobbish highly fashionable young women.”

“Do I meet none of your expectations then?” Evelyn asked, pretending to be offended as she threw her hand over her chest and gasped. “Well, I never took myself for a common old woman personally, but now I have a professional’s opinion.”

Giggling softly, she shook her head. “I’m glad I met you today, Dr Rivers. If not, it would have been awfully boring.”

“Indeed you did - I can’t wait to get invited to an upperclass party with the little sandwiches.” The doctor played along. “And all the variety of hats” He bowed his head. “I’m glad you are one of the few who said that on the first visit.” He smirked. “Normally people who talk to me for the first time are hating it or very upset.” Rivers said rather glumly. “You on the other hand are a big exception.”

“Then you mustn’t meet many new people, because I’m sure loads of other people’d find you as interesting as I do,” Evelyn smiled at him. “And of course, I’ll be in touch when I get an invite to a party such as that. I’ll take you as my plus one,” she giggled, patting the man’s knee as she did so. “We’ll have to go hat shopping in advance. Maybe we’ll pick up a couple of feather boas, too.”

“Hats?” Rivers repeated uncertain. “I’m sorry m’dear but this doctor does not do hats. Just a fine framed suit for me thank you very much.” He nooded. “But never the less I’m sure hats very much suit you, after all the bigger the hat on the women.” The Doctor thought for a moment not remembering. “It speaks volumes about the women? .. well that’s a fashion trend in Britain. When they go to the races or any important event. I’m not sure about here though.”

“Well, of course I’m extremely against hats also, after-all, think of what they do to your hair after they’ve been on for a while,” Evelyn gasped at the thought, and then shook her head and giggled. “I was only making a joke, since hats was one of the things you associated with ‘upperclass parties’, as I believe you referred to them as. Oh! And tiny sandwiches, but I could never hate tiny sandwiches. ”

“Indeed - if you ever visit my home or office you will always find silver strays with tiny cucumber sandwiches .. oh! And not to mention a fine tea seat.” He nooded agreeing with her. “Although no hats are neede of course Miss.” Doctor Rivers Chuckled. “Maybe I am a upperclass man after all, my job reflecting that also. You will just have to visit and find out.”

"Perhaps I'll invite myself over sometime in the near future, between writing and Christmas shopping," she laughed, smiling at him. "Rest my tired legs after a long day walking in my heels, and feast upon all your tiny cucumber sandwiches. Although I do warn you, you won't have any left by the time I'm gone."

Theseus Scamander was standing in the middle of a large room with his arms and body in a cross shape, being measured for his new suit. Today however was one of his good days, his leg wasn't hurting as much and he was now growing a beard for the winter season.

Evelyn circled the man, taking measurements and what-not. Smiling at him, she raised an eyebrow. “Is this suit for a certain occasion, sir?” She asked, tossing her hair over her shoulder. “Or did you just feel like a new one?”

Theseus stayed in the position, his expression almost bored. “A noble gentleman has to be seen in a good suit at all times.” he said, quoting his father a little.

"Very wise words," she said, nodding slightly. "Very wise indeed. Except, what if you got bored of all your good suits? What then? You'd force yourself to get another one, just because you want to prove you're a noble gentleman? " Evelyn laughed slightly, shaking her head as she did so. "Well I doubt you need the fancy suits to show that, sir."

Dear people of tumblr, how is it possible ? I’ve been scrolling for days without this appearing.

Reblog this ! It’s too important !

Evelyn walked towards her friends desk and perched herself on the side of it as she smiled down at him. It had been a while since the last time she had seen him. "Hey there, Jamesie. I'm going to assume you're feeling better now, considering how long it's been." (Because their friendship has been neglected for far too long xD)

James beamed at his old friend that he had been neglecting to see. The build up of work at MACUSA this time year was horrible so he had little time to go out to visit her. “Thank God a friendly face! All I’ve seen around here is very stressed and grumpy employees. It’s horrible.” He sighed sadly. “We shall never again speak of that night especially here of all places.” James chuckled now giving her his full attention. “Never the less it’s so nice to see you.” Getting up from his seat he gave her a big hug, squeezing tightly.

Laughing softly, the blonde hugged her friend back, before pulling away and shaking her head. “So, how have you been then? Terrible without me, I’m assuming?” Evelyn winked, and laughed again. “At least I haven’t been disrupting your work, although that bit of peace and quiet is gone for you now.”

“I couldn’t agree more!” James nodded furiously. “Works been an absolute drag - I mean.” He stopped himself from continuing. Taking a deep breath. “Work is absolutely wonderful. I am not pulling down moral at all.” He put on a fake smile shaking his head as he disagreed with his statement. His eyes moved around the room quickly before moving back to here. “Oh … the usual …”

“No, no, no. You’re telling me about how your work has been an absolute drag, and I’m going to listen intently, with both ears. It isn’t often that I get to hear the great James Burgess complain,” Eve teased, deciding to just sit on top of his desk. “Well, go on then.”

James put on the most painfully fake smile on his face, shaking his head slowly, “What ever do you mean?” He asked trying to act confused. “I absolutely love it here! Nothing to complain about. Honest.”

Evelyn nodded, laughing softly. “Of course you do. Now come on, James, I read you like an open book. Spill,” she jokingly demanded, poking at his arms playfully

He looked around shifty, expecting sonebody to drop in their conversation. “Fanatic …. attacks….” James whispered nervously. “More of them - Grindelwald has set himself free ….” instantly James covered his mouth, his eyes widen at what he said.

“Set himself what now?” Evelyn asked with a raised eyebrow, not fully expecting an answer. “You know, you’re lucky we’re so close, Jamesie, otherwise it’d be written into an article and published by tomorrow morning,” she laughed half-heartedly as she tried to make light of the situation. “You have to promise me you’ve been okay, though. You’re all safe and sound, right?”

James leaned forward dead serious. “You should write that article.” Then fell back in his seat sighing. “I think I’m safe.” He Shrugged. “Define safe in this day and age. You can’t.”

"I define safe as in my friend not being targeted, or hurt. And while you don't look like either has been or is currently happening, I'd rather be certain." Evelyn crossed her arms and looked at James through narrowed eyes, although she couldn't hold her expression for long. Eventually, she shook her head and smiled at him. "You know, I would write the article, but it wouldn't really fit into the overall aesthetic of the magazine."
