While that's a thought process they want you to think they have, it gets a bit deeper than that.

In my experience trans med people claim you have to have dysphoria, they push for medical transitioning, they have their ideas of what trans should *look* like.

"If you dont fit the box, you're not trans." "If you're uncomfy medically transitioning, you aren't trans." This doesn't take into account genderfluid people or non binary people (and probably others too, since yknow spectrum), who might not want to medically transition due to how they feel about their body. This doesn't account trans people who don't want to transition medically, just socially, (a lot of trans people don't want to spend a bunch of money on a scary surgery when there are options or hormone therapy).

Is it really fair to say someone's not trans when they aren't doing the one thing that you need to be trans, simply not being cis?

Like terfs a lot of trans meds want to force you to do something with your body, fit their ideals, or they won't consider you valid otherwise.

Where does that leave me? A genderfluid trans masc dude, who wouldn't want an extreme surgery, because my gender is, well, fluid!

Having it their way I'd be forced to pick, but my dysphoria doesn't work like that, I don't get much dysphoria at all really. That doesn't make me less trans.

I will also say, while ofc we want medical support for trans people, in the long run we should be pushing for support for supports sake, Because trans people are people, don't settle for second best in my opinion. We fight for the rights of everyone and all people.

Also as a fuck you I am making so much trans content, and I say you all do the same. If you want to hate trabs people when the community is full of trans people then let's make the community uninhabitable for you. I say we decorate this place. Get creative, I want to see genderfluid, ftm, mtf, nonbinary, let's go crazy.

Hey for any of yall lovely hetalia fans who don’t know Heres a vague history of the british isles and how ireland ties into them! Mind you this will be very sloppy and wont have dates, but this is the gist of it At some point in the 1600s a guy name cromwell took over England, and being kind of a asshole he invaded ireland. in 1688 englands “bloodless” revolution occured, in which the current catholic kind was basically kicked out and replaced with a protestant one. This revolution in England went bloodlessly, with little fighting, however catholics in ireland, and a little in scotland, were killed and thus created a huge divide in the UK between the two. (like enough that sometimes catholic irish would be attacked on the street or killed. ) in 1707, Scotland, because it was broke, decided to sign a union with England, who already had wales and Ireland.  Thus creating the Kingdom of Great Britain.  Ireland is being treated as lesser for a good bit, treated like less then dogs, not allowed into certain establishments, not given proper aid during famines. So they try to leave. multiple times.  Finally in 1930s Ireland finally gained independence, but only the south part did. The north part of Ireland was largely protestant, and didn’t want to leave the UK. So to keep the two sides from fighting, they were split up, with the North staying with the UK and Ireland becoming its own thing. This is to inform that there’s likely another member of the Kirkland family! They just are doing their own thing. 

Me watching everyone make alfred a good boy whose never drank before: haha funny me also: Alfreds canonically drank twice and was old enough to be from a time period where the only real safe source of drink was well water, booze, or milk, and the drinking age in the us was only changed to 21 in 1984. The only reason the drinking age was raised was due to drunk driving accidents among 18-19 year olds due to federal highway funding, meaning a U.S citizen can legally sign up to go fight a war but isn’t old enough to buy a shot of whiskey. Not saying that 18-19 year olds drinking are good, but also alfreds been around from anywhere between 300-400 hundred years, generously rounded as they only count his age since his independence. 

Personal opinion, hetalians should consume media that is set in other countries, both for au possibilities but also because these movies yknow mean the world to countries and its so good, if the movie is well done, at showing you what its like, even a little bit, at being in those countries. You may not have a full picture, but watching both from and set in other countries will just make your view on a country more whole as time goes on.
