As I already mentioned I'm down with a cold at the moment, so I had to put yesterday's flow off. i felt it was more of sweat and I have to give my body the opportunity to recover. Okay guys, I'm in on the TRUE yoga journey with @adrienelouise! I just finished the first flow and instantly feel so much better. Which leads me to day 1 theme - motive. Though I'm not absolutely sure about my motivation to do this, but I guess it's #selflove. A yoga flow almost always makes me feel better, physically and emotionally. So I'm starting this yoga journey to commit to cut out 30 min each day and do myself some good by stepping on the mat.
