Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin confirm they will continue with EXO activities regardless of their contract termination.

The three members shared in a recent statement from their legal representative that they are dedicated to continuing EXO activities with the other members, even if their contracts with SM Entertainment are terminated.
The members also deny the claims from SM that they had signed double contracts with another company. They reiterated their issues from the first statement in which SM refused their viewing of earning data + the issues they have with the unreasonably long contracts SM tries to sign artists into, lasting as long as 17-18 years.ย 
They thanked fans again for their support and love over the years.
