Rare firsthand accounts by Israeli whistleblowers cast light on the horrific conditions in the Sde Teiman torture camp in Naqab Desert. Palestinians are stripped down, blindfolded, forced in diapers, and forbidden from speaking. They are subjected to beatings and mental degradation regularly. So much depravity that has gone unseen. Doctors performing procedures outside of their expertise, amputations due to zip-typing of abductees’ wrists, having large dogs unleashed on them at night. Being fed food through straws. I can’t believe it. I am truly in shock. And this is just one whistleblower accounting of this. Who knows what else is happening beyond our knowledge

Worth mentioning that multiple Palestinians have recounted these stories before, as direct victims detailing their experiences. What's unique about these accounts from CNN Israeli whistle-blower is that they're from an Israeli, therefore people are more likely to take this seriously.

I wanna take a second to appreciate the lesbians — especially black and butch lesbians — who consider themselves to be women. The lesbians who were denied womanhood, but carved out a place in womanhood for themselves. The lesbians who wear their she/her pronoun pins as a badge of pride. The ones who see their womanhood as a source of strength. You are incredible and I am so proud of you.

trans men & mascs are constantly in a damned if you, damned if you don't state of being when it comes to finding community with other queer folk. if we dress "too masculine" and pass for cis men, we are too threatening, we "scare" the women and (feminine) nonbinary folks. if we are "too feminine" and have long hair, wear makeup, have ""feminine"" hobbies, dress in feminine clothing, etc. we are constantly harassed for not being "Real men" and people literally proudly misgender us.

there's no way to win if people keep shifting the goalposts on purpose so they don't have to accept that trans men exist and are just as varied and complex as anyone else when it comes to identity and presentation.

Because gay isn’t only 17 year old white kids that come from middle to upper class homes. And Black Love isn’t just straight couples that enforce gender roles and women with perfect bodies, a quiet tongue, and a womb always ready to create. This is also the face of Black Love.
