Greystone Mansion - Unfurnished (CC)

Hey all, its been a while!! 

I’m back and I’ve created this Large Greystone Modern Mansion. It’s unfurnished and has been built using CC.  

It has 5 large bedrooms, all ensuite and two have walk-in wardrobes. There is a large kitchen and breakfast room, utility room, TV room, living room, office, triple garage, pool house, outdoor sunken seating area and a large pool.

Luxury Ski Cabin

Hi all and happy holidays!

Created this luxury style ski cabin for your sims winter getaways. It has three bedrooms and plenty of space for your sims to unwind.

This is fully furnished and has a large open plan living area on the main level, office, main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to jacuzzi area. The basement level has two further bathrooms with ensuites, a bar area with wine cellar and indoor pool, gym and sauna.

Spoons - Part 3

Here it is the third and final part of spoons and the last set of 2021!This past month I have been focusing on creating items that work perfectly in a restaurant setting. Of course I know not everyone wants to build restaurants, so the large majority of the items included would also work perfectly in other community lots or your Sims’ homes too.

Set includes:

  • Sectional Sofa (30 swatches in woven & leather textures)
  • Host Station (Requires Dine Out GP)
  • Corner Booth (Requires Dine Out GP)
  • Straight Booth (Requires Dine Out GP)
  • Restaurant Tables (1 tile, 2 tile, 3 tile & 6 seater round)
  • Bar (4 tiles)
  • Hanging Strip Light (Tall, Medium & Short)
  • Modern Wooden Panelling Wallpaper
  • Modern Art Canvases (3 pieces)

I can confirm that the booths do require Dine Out to be fully functional, but they will place down in your game and snap to tables if you only have base game. Unfortunately the interactions and animations are all tide to the GP, so they will be purely decorative if you don’t have Dine Out installed.

Luxury Paris Apartment

Paris style Street build with a 1 bedroom luxury apartment and 4 commercial units included.

Okay so I told myself I was going to build a small 1 bedroom luxury apartment and whilst I stuck to the 1 bedroom part it is anything but small - is anyone actually surprised? I just can’t do small...

The apartment itself has a large open plan living area and kitchen, a large hallway with small office nook, 1 bathroom and 1 large bedroom. It also has 4 commercial units including 2 x cafes, a clothes shop and a bar/restaurant. There is also two empty levels so plenty of space to expand.

The build can be found on the gallery under my ID @BuildsByLewis and is 1.1M Simoleons!!

Hello Simmers

Here I’d like to present you  Sumer Apartment.

This build is my last apartment building in my Willowcreek conversion. There are still 8 lot empty in the neighbourhood.

I’ve in fact started this build months ago but didn’t finish as it didnt satisfy me altogetherly in terms of neighbourhood conversion. The old version may be seen in my previous build’s screenshots on the background.

This build includes a café, a restaurant, 2 fully furnished apartment and 3 empty apartments.

Hello everyone, Giuliabuilds here!

We've just gotten a new update for the base game that added a ton of new swatches, so I had to built a Scandinavian Family Home with just the base game and no CC! It’s built on a 40x30 lot in Glimmerbrook (but you can place it anywhere, it's there just for the aesthetic) and it has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Also has a nice patio area on a lake :) I’ve used no CC gallery art by: xxsarina_27xx or Sarinasims, Catatron16, AliasLTS, Cribea9, Cicosims, Evarotky, Giuliabuilds.

It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it.

Coming in at just over one million simoleons, this villa is nothing short of divine. While hardly easy on the moneybone, it surely is easy on the comfort- and luxurybones. Hello hello !

Here is the review of the COLDBREW Coffeeshop part 2! There is 34 new items, focusing on the dinning room part of the coffee shop !

  • It comes with 34 new pieces.
  • Everything is basegame compatible except the booth that is dine out compatible :).
  • There are 3 teapot : 2 are decorative and one is actually functionnal, and basegame compatible!
  • I also added a wallpaper, with a pattern flower. You have another one that matches the wood/color combination if you want to do a plain wall without the flowers !
  • Public release the 3 rd of October.

Beverly Hills Modern Mansion

Okay so this has been in the works for about 6 months on and off but I finally finished it. Its a huge mansion based on some Beverly Hills houses I found online. Its totally full of CC but I absolutely love it.

It has 4 bedrooms, including a huge primary bedroom suite with walk-in closet. Open plan living area, two sitting areas, infinity pool, wine cellar, indoor pool and gym, office, cinema room, 5 bathrooms, underground garage, ground floor bar and entertainment space and outdoor fire pits.
