Hello, Trish here! I'm still deciding if I should 'fully' come back to this blog.
First coloring after being on hiatus for so long. And also a little something for welcoming me back in š³š§ŗ! @lanieslane @wisteliazen

Have you ever seen this mysterious language in Hanako-kun?
Have you ever wondered what it means?
Well, probably not, because it looks really strange, and nobody ever translates it.
But what if I tell youā¦ it is translateable?
@hania-chan reminded me when the new chapter came out, but AidaIro sometimes uses an ancient writing system from the Jomon period of Japan in the manga. One might compare it to using WingDings, in the way that each symbol correlates to a letter existing in the alphabet.
Of course, itās still in Japanese, so using this chart to translate them yourself will probably lead to more gibberish. So I wanted to translate some of it!
I've put some thought into the structure of the Kamome Academy and want to share it. Thanks @bloodredyuki for your input und help.
The first thing I'm interested in, is the exact location of the ladies' room on the 3rd floor and Amane's old classroom in the 2nd floor.
But the windows of both rooms are not at the front but at the rear of the building. Through the windows you can see the entire campus.
This is the window of Amane's old classroom.
By the way the view from this window was different in 1969. Instead of looking at the campus, Amane looked at the school gate and the city beyond.
I think this window must be the one of the girls toilet.
It's identical to the window on the opposite side, but it has to be this one, because the girls' room is next to the roofstairs.
Well, in reality, the entire toilet room, including the stalls, wouldn't really fit there, but I think that's not so important to the story.
The second thing I'm interested in is the current function of this building. All the regular classes are in the new building.
It looks abandoned in the morning, but after school there are much students. So I guess it's only used for club activities.
At least we know the rooms of the Photo Club are in the Old Building.
If you have hints, thoughts or asks feel to share them with me.
I'm confused!
Did they change the year?
