proper response had to be given, & leave such an inquiry unanswered lacerates the brain . amber downcast ( busying with insignificant things ), he never contemplated this section of his philosophy . the general idea was about a second chance – what ? no one could recall their past lives , whether benevolence or malevolent purpose overflowed . it became easier to declare themselves the chosen dead : humanity , exo & awoken combating darkness together . many have yet to formulate a solid mantra to adhere . he killed for survival – not a moral compass unlike others . nonchalantly , almost bored the librarian turned several pages of some golden age tome on quantum mechanics & theory .
’ i am no commander zavala , if you wondered. he redefined its definition for himself & fellow guardians. attempted to console me on this matter – & failed. i only make sure things are in order. ‘ the occasional person compliments his endeavor ( there is more to ensure humanity’s survival than going out on the field & killing fallen ), but those immortalized are ones who actively fought . he did , but very few remember him during six fronts & twilight gap . vexation wrought his composure – at himself . thoughts of a broken , unknown past . tension overwhelmed his lungs , stench of sulfur & marsh water …

discovering vysio in old chicago , snow was specifically manufactured to combat the environment’s rasping conditions . voice can be unnerving to senses – sounds disembodied & mechanical simultaneously . his guardian , even , still finds him ... peculiar . equipped with sarcasm & insight , vysio prefers him over actual humanoids . ‘ their minds are too slow for me , ‘ he said one night . an ethereal , white shell & a grey-ish tint ; matching ( white ) lightning dancing across its surface . even snow’s optic is a pure white : one would have to peer closely to see its grooves . staring too long can damage someone’s eyesight .

the juice box is happily accepted, a small smile gracing the hunter’s face. shockingly enough, she felt comfortable hidden deep in the tower with vysio and his many, many books and records. it all made everything outside the city seem so far away, some kind of fantasy. the juice helped though, at least forty percent of the reason she visited him. there’s s silence before she speaks, nothing awkward just a pause. ❛ do you ever get lonely down here? ❜ it’s an innocent enough question she feels, the idea of being cooped up all day seemed quite nice to her. // @voremind ♥’d for a starter!
