What are some of your favorite manifestation techniques?

I’m learning tapping at the moment but it may become a favorite. 

*Before any of these, you should be in a comfortable position and you should do some rhythmic breathing to get yourself in a prime relaxation state*

1) If my manifestation involves a person, I imagine that person’s face, decide what I want them to think/do, and phrase what I want from their point of view (ex. Y/N is a good employee. I should give her a raise.). Continue to do that until you feel you’ve really gotten the point across, and rinse and repeat.

2) If my manifestation doesn’t involve a person, you should take action first, and visualize and affirm that you’re where you want to be. Write your goals down, look at them all of the time, and always imagine bigger. Act as if you’re already the person you want to be. Don’t say “I want to be–”, say that you ARE that person. Think about it like it’s already happened. Put yourself in the vibration to actively achieve those goals.
