Red Cape Cod

This is a small family home for your Sims, built in the Cape Cod style. It has three bedrooms - a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs, decorated for kids. There wasn’t room for an additional bathroom upstairs, but there is a main bathroom downstairs that the kids can use.

All the structural parts like the outside and the trees were made by me. Melody decorated every room! I loved the result and hope you enjoy it too! It’s a  family house with a toddler, a teenager, and a child room. The teenager is a girl and the child is a boy who loves science. I’ll add a link to anyone who wants to download only the shell. I actually made this house um like half a year ago but never posted it???

oh yeah and it was supposed to be a starter but that didn’t happen… oops

anyways it’s pretty cute and good for a single person or a couple with no kids but pets, etc. There is a swing set though so maybe grandparents whose grandchildren visit them? idk man use your imagination!

8 sims basegame starter

i created this basegame home primarily for legacy gameplay so you don’t have to move a lot as your family grows or need to add more rooms. this house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which i left quite empty to leave enough space for decorating as you earn more money. i spent most of the budget on the exterior since i find it quite annoying to start playing on an nearly empty lot and am too lazy to decorate the exterior while playing with the family. if this is your kind of gameplay as well this might be a starter home for you. thanks to the debug menu i was able to use many free items to decorate but don’t go over the budget for a starting family of 8 sims.

888 spire apartment // luxury loft

this glamorous loft was build for a couple who are a photographer & a model. there is a photostudio upstairs which can be easily changed into any skill building room you’d like. if you placed apartments from the gallery before you know how tricky it can be. i named the rooms from left to right so hopefully with the floorplan included in this post it will be easy to understand how to place the rooms on the different levels. the easiest way is to start with the first floor after bulldozing the original apartment.
