This fall we spent hours in the van en route to our various shows. All the way, Cale’s iPhone was on shuffle: as we went hypnagogic crawling along the clotted Guelph Line, as Cale jumped out to relieve himself roadside before we found ourselves trapped on the Mercier Bridge, as we coasted in to Montreal white-knuckled with little but fumes in the tank… And so we made a playlist of selections— deepcuts, bangerz, and sad boii shit.
