There’s fluff at first but it’ll lead to smut later on

Sephiroth x Reader

This is actually one of my very first smuts I’ve written so sorry if it’s not good.

Starting off as any normal day. You get ready to head out, it’s your day off and you had a special date with a close friend today. Alarm at 7 AM. You start by getting out of bed, feeling groggy you needed some water to get you fully awake. Your morning routine continued as usual. Brushing your teeth, washing your face, applying minimal makeup, and picking a casual but cute outfit. ( A mid length lilac dress cinched at the waist. Minimal cleavage showing but just enough for a tease~, and a white cropped lace cardigan) It was a hotter than normal day averaging at 84°.

Finally preparing to leave your apartment you get a text. It’s your friend

F/N: “I’ll be a little late so don’t rush, I should be heading out by 11 am, see ya then~.”

This doesn’t come as a surprise to you, it was actually expected. You let out a sigh but decide to get a head start with your day. Finally leaving and locking your cozy house. You enjoy the scenery your beautiful garden is thriving. “Spring has finally arrived” you think to yourself. Heading out to the city you hit up your favorite cafe. Ordering a Caramel Latte. You step out into the back patio of the restaurant. A nice and fairy like feeling, as you walk to a table you notice there is a man sitting on one of the tables closest to the wall, it seems like he’s waiting for his order as well you think to yourself. You sat parallel to his table on the other side of the patio, you’d be able to see him through the corner of your eye. To avoid any awkward situations you took out your phone. Scrolling senselessly through your socials, you can see the mysterious man through the corner of your eye looking in your direction. Pretending to be occupied you continue scrolling hoping he would stop being so creepy. Eventually he looks away he pulls out a book and starts reading. Phew~ you thought to yourself being so happy he didn’t escalate this awkward situation any further. You two were the only ones in the cafe. It was a hidden gem that you cherished. Ring~ It’s your friend calling. Startled by the sudden noise you picked up the phone.

“Hello”

“Heyyyy Y/N, you wouldn’t believe but I’m finally heading out eta 15 min”

“Ahhh ok then, better be here soon”

As you both say bye. The silvery hair man peeks his head over in your direction, but quickly peeks his head back into his book before you notice him staring once again. He loved your appearance as soon as he saw you absolutely infatuated with you he wants to introduce himself before you leave. Overhearing your conversation he quickly scurries up a plan to become acquainted. You let out a sigh. It seems you’ve been waiting forever for your coffee, and your friend was going to be here soon. Being the thoughtful person you are you decided to get up and go order another coffee for your friend. Coincidentally enough the man’s order was called right after you got up.

“Cappuccino for Sephiroth.”

Hmmm you thought to yourself so the man’s name is sephiroth… how interesting. As soon as his name was called he got up, and stood right behind you feeling his presence behind you was more than enough to make you nervous. Secretly you admitted to yourself that he was quite cute even though you haven’t fully got a good look at him. You continued telling the cashier your order.

“Ahh yes, may I have another medium caramel latte.”

“Ok, it’ll be 5.89.”

Right as you were about to pay. You felt a firm but gentle hand on your shoulder. Startled you turned back, it was the man. Shocked by how beautiful his face was you blushed.

“Excuse me miss, but if you don’t mind I’d like to pay for your drink. My name is Sephiroth but I’m sure you knew that already.”

Absolutely shunned that he called you beautiful. Your words stumble out of your mouth.

“Ahh I uhh- actually I- umm.”

Nervously looking at him you try to say that you can pay for your own drink, but are interrupted when he simply just pays for it, and hands you your drink, and the previous drink you ordered.

“Ummm thank you I really appreciate it, but I could’ve paid for it. It was really nice of you though.”“No worries, I don’t mind for a beautiful lady like you~”

Such an angelic voice he has just a moment ago you were thinking about how handsome he was. Now he’s calling you beautiful what a crazy day, and to top it all off your friend still hasn’t arrived. Being awkward and not thinking throughly you ask.

“Would you want to take a seat and talk for a little.” Why did you ask this you thought to yourself.

“Sure I’d love too.”

Sephiroth starts smiling because he finally got his plan to work out he wanted to get to know you and to be honest, he was surprised it worked. Sitting right across from each other he notices your beautiful face and body. Being respectful he tries to remain eye contact to avoid looking at your breasts. Being very tempted too he would steal an occasional glance at them. To make quick convo, he asks your name.

“So tell me about yourself, what’s your name?”

Flustered that he so interested in you, you respond. “My name, ahh its Y/N.”

He thinks to himself how we would love to have you as his. Everything he could do to you. Your expressions. Not to get too distracted he tells you how beautiful your name is, and how it suites you. Minute pass and your friend is still not here. You stop mid-conversation, and ask if you could call her. Being understanding he tells you it’s ok. You call up your friend… she isn’t answering, you call again… nothing. A few seconds later a text from the one and only F/N.

“Hey, sorry girl- I actually decided to go out with my bf last minute. Sorry for doing this to you, I swear I’ll make it up to you next time.”

Annoyed you left her on read. You start,

“Ugh, how frustrating she ditched me to go out with her boyfriend.”

A pout shows on his face he asks “I suppose those drinks were for you both huh?” You respond clearly with disappointment “yeahh she does this often.” To cheer you up he offers to take you out. “What if I were to take you out Y/N, it would be fun.”

He says with a smirk. Being shocked by his sudden question. You think about it hmm that would be interesting. I could finally have some fun after being so stressed by work. You could use the day out as a stress reliever, and something to look forward to.

“You know sephiroth, I would love to.”

A grin plastered on both of your faces. He asks for your number. You both exchange numbers and set the date for next week on Friday. At 7 PM. Thinking about how all this has happened you guys continued talking not an awkward moment or silence even happened. It was already turning 1 in the afternoon. You both decided to head out the cafe. While packing your purse. He offers to take you on a stroll to the park. Noticeably blushing you agree. On the way to the park, walking with him made you feel at ease for some reason. He asks

“ Say Y/N have you ever went to this park.” Being confused you look at him. “Uh-uh is this some special park?” He chuckles “Yes, actually only a select few can enter here.”

You ponder to yourself what type of man is he and just where are we going. Hesitant but still willing to get to know him. You guys finally enter the park of course it was beautiful the landscaping and waterfront were just stunning. The pathways were paved really beautifully this wasn’t an ordinary park it was a upper-class park for the wealthy.

You both walk along the pathway talking about yourself, and interests. Thinking how all of this happened just in a day you had to be some main character this doesn’t happen to everyone.

Sephiroth notices you smiling, “it’s already sunset” he says “Y/N, I had a really good time with you today.” Waiting for your response.

You look at him blushingly “ Yeah me too.”

He stops and looks at you, you also stop suddenly thinking something is wrong. He steps closer,

“Y/N, may I give you a kiss~”

You stand there, you can’t believe his words. He’s moving quite fast but you don’t mind because you feel comfortable with him for some reason. You nod, and lean in for a kiss. He pulls you in closer by the waist, being careful not too put his hands any lower out of respect. You both lean in eyes shutter, and your lips touch feeling his soft lips were amazing you start to wonder if your starting to really like him. Still locked in a kiss you both slowly pull away. Gazing into each other’s eyes you don’t break eye contact for a second. His hands still wrapped around your waist, your hands pressed against his firm chest you look away out of nervousness.

“You may be the one for me Y/N.”

Pulling your face gently back towards him he plants ever so softly another kiss and removes his hands from your waist. Still in disbelief you also let go from him as well. He offers to walk you home and you agree. Waving goodbye you finalize your plans for Friday. As he steps away from your house he smiles.

“Things couldn’t have went better.”
