how is law? sort of curious since I'm considering it~
It’s academically challenging, very dull at times, but also excessively rewarding. Law is so broad and varied but you discover and fall in love with the areas that make you feel validated for studying the subject and pursuing a career in it, because law is so important, it covers and impacts everything on our planet. A lot of barristers and solicitors prefer to work broadly (across civil and criminal caseloads) but you can specialise, and there are many other jobs aside from the lawyer track. If you enjoy large quantities of writing and reading, don’t mind the fact that the subject content is ever-changing (as laws are constantly being repealed, new acts are constantly being written, and new precedence being set) and will therefore constantly be learning even after you graduate, are capable of dealing with potentially sensitive and upsetting topics in certain areas, and can accept the fact that you will forevermore look at everything from a legal perspective (genuinely. Ginger beer, bramble bushes and purchasing items will never be the same) and also be expected to give free legal advice to all your friends- it might right for you. ♥
thank you ^^
