As Harry lay by Louis’ side, covered in sweat and come, he knew he should feel ugly, messy, ruined, like the life he’d left behind. But something about the way Louis looked at him, the way his eyes stared at him with want and awe, made Harry wonder if he’d ever feel this beautiful again.
Harry rolled his eyes at himself for his momentary romantic dreaminess. As good as this was, he knew it was nothing more than sex. He literally couldn’t afford to fall for just anyone, no matter how fit they were.

Terrific banter, great chemistry, unique story, beautiful writing. I literally read the first 9 chapters in one sitting – starting at 1:30 in the morning (like an idiot).
The Second Hand Unwinds by kingsofeverything (FullOnLarrie) / @kingsofeverything (E, 52K) Also known as “the NASA fic”. This one has such a unique and well thought-out storyline. Add in time travel, exes to lovers, ot5, and excellent pacing….you’ve got yourself a great fic!
Black With Autumn Rain by Whimsicule (T, 93K) This writer is a favorite. If you like intense, creative stories, with complex characters and tight dialogue, you should read all of their fics. This one has the flavor of a Daphne du Maurier novel – dark, creepy, and moodily romantic. Plus a supernatural edge. It’s so good.
hot, sticky sweet by Awriterwrites / @a-writerwrites (E, 6K) Just flirty, sexy, summertime smut with Harry in roller skates and hot pants.
Victorian Boy by audreysheart For anyone that hasn’t read this yet, it’s delightfully unique and layered with a little of everything – hate to love, romance, intrigue, action, betrayal, sex, and more. It’s well written, sexy – in a wonderfully Victorian way, and keeps you guessing.
for neither never nor ever by fairytalelights / @lookslikefairytale (E, 29K) This is based on a TV show I’ve never seen, but it is such a unique and layered time travel story. I was captivated by the twists and turns. Yes, it’s ultimately a love story, but it’s so much more as well.
Howls Like A Beast (You Flower, You Feast) by @indiaalphawhiskey (E, 17K) This author’s writing is poetic without being too precious, descriptive in a way that paints a gorgeous portrait without piling on unimportant detail, and their smut is sexy af. I love all of their fics, but this is a personal favorite because it combines so many things I love (supernatural elements, Versailles, Larry, and smut…what more could you want? LOL).
Soul of the Sea by vurdoc (E, 33K) A gothic romance set in a small Scottish village. Mysterious, melancholy, tender, and such a pleasure to read.
Don’t Let the Tide Come and Take Me by @kiwikero (M, 29K) One of my favorite mermaid fics, this author just really knows how to craft a great story. This one was so moving, suspenseful, and has some great twists.
Until You Remember by Throwthemflowers / @hazzabeeforlou (E, 21K) This is just a lovely fic full of music and beauty and it made me cry. I really need to read it again, actually!
Loyal Knight and True by rainbowninja167 / @rainbowninja (E, 52K) Just lovely writing, unique story, twists and turns, and a lot of fun to read.
Through Eerie Chaos by mediawhore / @mediawhorefics (GA, 102K) This is such a unique and compelling story, the writing is beautiful, the characters are wonderfully realized, and I ugly cried for realz. Such a good fic.
The Stars Look Very Different Today by @kingsofeverything (E, 43K) The storyline of this one is super original and the plot twist will take you by surprise which leads to some of my favorite parts of this fic.

Summary: Gears started turning in Louis’ head. Purely mischievous gears that had Louis formulating a revenge plan against Taylor. He’d had enough of sitting around and taking it. If she was going to call him a whore, then fine, he’ll act like one for real. “I’m going to say something, and as my friends you are obligated to love me anyway.”
“This can’t be good,” Niall said, Zayn just groaned.
“So I know we have this strict ‘no lashing back at Taylor’ rule with me, but what if I can get press revenge a different way?” Louis asked. He wasn’t expecting an answer, because they knew by now to just go with it. “What if I stole her boyfriend?”
Or, the story of Louis ‘Steal Your Man’ Tomlinson.
Summary: “Maybe not,” Ed pipes up. “This sounds weird but I have a friend who might be able to help you.”
“Is it a priest? I think an exorcism is the only option here, mate.”
“Right, so like, remember my kitten Graham?” At everyone’s nods, he continues, “Well when I got him he was a bit of a prick. He was just scared, but he wasn’t very pleasant to be around. So my friend Harry comes around one day to hang out and he just, like, bonds with him. After an hour he had him snuggling in his lap. He’s going to school to be a vet I think, and he volunteers in an animal shelter so he’s got lots of experience I guess. But anyway, he developed a bit of a reputation after that and now everyone calls him the Cat Whisperer.”
“You have a friend everyone calls the Cat Whisperer,” Louis says, “And you’ve neglected to tell me this until now.”

Summary: Prince Harry Styles is very private. He chooses to keep himself out of the public eye but feels lonely and isolated while surrounded by people in his hectic royal life. Semi-retired thief Louis Tomlinson has been pulled in for one last job: steal a painting from an uninhabited mansion. Neither one of them expects a natural disaster.
Summary: “Liam, if you met someone that you really liked, would age matter?” Louis asked.
“I suppose so; to a point, anyway.”
“Like, how young would you go?”
Liam thought it over. “Uh… I don’t know. Like, 24?”
Louis groaned and dropped his head in his hands.

Summary: “You just wanna go fawn over Styles as soon as possible,” Zayn grumbles.

Eighteen is an awkward time…I bet he’s got acne and one of those terrible fuckboy haircuts all the hipsters are getting these days, with the shaved sides? Or, Louis is a riding instructor at a summer camp, and Harry is a fellow counselor who he’s been successfully managing his crush on for the last two summers. That is, until Harry shows up this year leveled up and lethal, and all Louis’s formerly perfected veneer of nonchalance melts like a popsicle in the sun.
Summary: When Louis was a kid, he had a series of very vivid dreams about a place called Wonderland. There were rabbits wearing waistcoats and talking cats and ridiculous tea parties, and amidst all the absurdity, there was a boy. A boy with dimples, big green eyes and the sweetest soul Louis has ever known. Louis has always kept a place in his heart for that boy and for his funny dreamworld, and when he’s twenty-five and his life falls apart, it turns out Wonderland might not be so imaginary after all.

niallhoran: 2019 has been so amazing. I’ve had time to relax, see the family more than ever, go to festivals with friends and also make a record that I couldn’t be more proud of. I’ve had so much fun. The start of the year was hard as I was still in my ‘sad song’ writing state of mind and they are not easy songs to write. Post that I had a lot of fun making fun music and Looking back on the process i had a lot a fucking great time writing and recording this stuff and I think you’ll be able to hear that in the music (apart from the sad ones obviously). The last few months since releasing NTMY have been incredible. It’s been so fun to be back out there travelling the world, playing on different shows, radio stuff, photo shoots and all the stuff that comes with what we do. SNL obviously being a MAJOR highlight. I love this picture above as it kinda sums me up right now. I’m feeling confident, happy, cheeky (as per usual) and very excited about 2020. I’ll be releasing Singles, an album and of course the NTMY world tour is happening!!!!! Get your tickets and come watch me. I’ve wanted to put a show on like this for years and I promise you I’ll give 200% on stage every night and give you your value for money. “I’m so sorry,” a deep voice said.
Louis made sure he’d only dropped his hat, reached down to pick it up, and was dusting it off when he finally looked up.
“It’s alright…mate…” Louis had seen this man before. He was gorgeous. He lived somewhere in the area, because Louis would often pass him on the street heading home from the tube or the nearest bus stop.
And now, here he was. Standing in all his fluffy, curly haired glory in front of Louis, apologising for nearly bowling him over.
“I really am sorry, though. Let me get you a coffee to make up for it?”
Or the one where Louis is a hybrid who agrees to go on a blind date with his neighbour’s colleague’s son the same night he literally runs into his dream man. Surely this isn’t going to end well… or is it?
Charisma (5k) - Harry Styles/Louis Tomlinson
Harry was smiling, and maybe blushing a little as well, as he accepted the phone back. “Thank you,” he glanced down at his phone and then said, “Louis.”
Smiling happily at the way Harry had said his name, Louis watched him leave the room. The further away he got, the more confused Louis was. Yes, Harry was gorgeous, but how the hell had he forgotten that Harry was also the man who had caused him to almost have a major accident earlier because of his haphazard driving? How had he allowed Harry to distract him with his charm to the extent that instead of giving the man a lecture, Louis accepted the offer of a date?
Well. Whatever the reason was, Louis wouldn’t forget when Harry called. Louis would give him a piece of his mind then and see if Harry still wanted to go out with him at that point. Because yeah, Louis was not mad enough about his overreaction to Harry, both on the road and at the event tonight, to turn that opportunity for a date down. He wasn’t stupid.
Or the one where Harry feeds on awesomeness (possibly literally). Louis is awesome and also angry. They’re probably going to fall in love.
