Atop her brother, the small girl looked down at the blond boy before her. The soft growls that left her sibling’s throat informed her that something smelt off about this person. Small fingers pulled her doll closer as she watched him. 

“Who are you?”

A girl atop a monster... where had Emil seen something like this before? This monster didn’t seem like it was being controlled by any machines though...

“I’m Emil,” he introduced himself without hesitation. While the sight of the two had been strange Emil didn’t feel threatened by the girl or her monster. “And you two?”

“I’d love to RP but I’m not sure how our muses can interact!”

Need some starter ideas? These might be really useful for muses from different fandoms or canon divergent characters. 

Ivar had no recollection of how he’d ended up in this place, with its horribly drab white walls and white ceiling and white beds and white sheets and white outfits and… many things that were the color white. So he came to the only logical conclusion: he’d been taken hostage. His kidnappers came in and asked him questions, but he spat back riddles and nonsensical answers to them– he’d never give up valuable information to whatever evil organization they were a part of! But his yelling subsided when he saw the outline of familiar blonde hair.

Instead, his demeanor took a turn for passionate as he burst into sobs. “Emil!” he cried out, warm tears beginning to fall down his cheeks. The sensation was strange, and he rubbed his palms against his damp face to further investigate the weird feelings. “You came for me… I-I thought you’d left me here to die.” Ivar’s hands– still wet with tears– tugged at Emil’s arm, attempting to pull him onto the bed. But no matter how strong he pulled, it seemed to have no effect. “You’re not allowed to leave again… I’m gonna protect you from all the bad guys.”

Emil had been counting ceiling tiles in the lobby. The hospital smelled overwhelmingly of something sterile that stung his nostrils and the few others in the waiting area were quiet aside from the occasional sniffle of a sick person. Somehow these factors seemed to attribute to the way time felt like it was blurring yet never passing. He was startled out of his tile counting trance by the voice of a nurse letting him know that Ivar was awake and he could come back to see him now. 

Ah, so this was what the nurses had meant when they told him that Ivar was in a bit of a state due to the medication.”I didn’t leave you to die,” Emil assured the other as he came closer only to have damp hands grasping at his arm. Man... whatever they gave Ivar was strong. It was strange to see the other crying like this... it made Emil feel oddly protective in a way. He could tell Ivar was making an attempt to pull him onto the bed and after a moment he moved forward to sit beside Ivar. “Don’t worry, I’ve made a deal with the bad guys and they’re going to let you rest so we can go home later.” Emil shouldn’t be playing into Ivar’s little drug induced delusion but it was kind of cute. He reached out a hand to gently pat Ivar on the head, “It’s okay now.”
