Monday- 1 hour Body Attack, 1 hour Body Pump=15 Tuesday- 1 hour Body Pump, 35 min run=13 Wednesday-50 min Run, 30 minutes yoga=13 Thursday- 1 hour Body Pump, 60 min run=15 Friday- 40 minute walk=7 Saturday- 40 minute walk=7 Sunday-65 min run, 30 minute yoga=15 Monday-Thursday-cheer practice conditioning 20 min=16
Total=98 if I added correctly?
Starts on Monday!!!

Back at it! Felt so good… I set my mileage to 1.5 miles and then just kept going…

My advice for you guys if you’re worried about the challenge poses for #natashaconkatieyoga ✌🏻
1️⃣ YOU CAN DO IT! Even if you don’t get all the way upside down. Even if your head hurts because it’s your first time upside down. Even if your whole body is shaking.
2️⃣ YOU CAN MODIFY! Don’t worry about getting into the full expressions of the poses. Use the modifications I be posted for today’s pose and tomorrow’s pose! Use a wall or something behind you to give you that support you need! Use a blanket under your head! Whatever you need!
3️⃣ YOU CAN TRY! Even if you can just get your head to the ground and that’s it. As long as you try, that’s what matters!
4️⃣ DONT FORGET TO BREATHE! Seriously, don’t pass out 😂 your breath will help you more than you know!

The closest I'll get to drinking the unicorn frapp 😂I am, however, super enjoying my Quest Cookies and Cream Protein Shake! 100 calories, low sugar, 20 grams of protein, yum! Where was this when I couldn't choke down a protein drink to save my life (literally) a year ago?! Any new WLSers need to try this!
I had a great moment today during this distance record... While I have been struggling lately with a weight plateau, I have been pushing my body to new limits. As I was half way through this 5.5 mile run I realized, OMG I’m running 5.5 miles today! My body can do that! My freaking body can do that now... that is better than anything a scale can tell me. I’m going to try to focus on all the great things my body can do now rather than determine my progress by a number... because I didn’t have this surgery for a number... I had the surgery for moments like this... moments when I can celebrate a new running victory and be AMAZED at my own self <3 I hope everyone is well...
