Hey guys, so I’ve seen some posts around about daily routines so I thought I’d share my own. I consider myself to be great at being productive even early in the morning, and here’s how I achieve that. Hope this is helpful, and feel free to ask me questions if you have any!

Hello! I would like to ask for some tips. I'm taking my o levels this year and my subject combination is very content-heavy. I'm having my prelims now, and the thing is I realised how fast I forget certain things for a subject after I finished their papers. It's like I just threw it out of my brain afterwards and focus on the next subjects. I feel like by the time I reach o levels, even tho I studied earlier, I would forget the information. How do I remember things longer?

hi! so sorry for the late reply bc i just ended my prelims too!! but ah yes, the issue with content-heavy subjects. imo, there will definitely be content that you have to forgo and can only memorise a few days before the paper itself. however, there is some content that you can train yourself to rmb and store it as a permanent memory of sorts either by practicing a lot of questions related to that content bit, or coming up with acronyms so that you’ll always have the key points in ur head!! i personally rly think the use of acronyms is super useful so you could try it out 😌 however the content type varies across diff subjects; so for subjects like chem practice is key!!! typically people would say that consistent revision everyday is also impt in remembering stuff but i know that’s not always possible, so i would suggest to just try and look through certain content bits you’re weaker at at least once/twice a week and try to rmb a few key points everytime you look back at it. i think another reason why it seems like you “throw” all your content away after a test may be because of a lack of in depth understanding / discussion w other people, so make sure you try to rly know ur concepts before just memorizing them!! i hope this helps, and all the best for your o’s! 💓

(090317) dear freshmen, i am so sorry you moved to campus ready for a fresh start and were promptly hit with an insane heat wave, the kind of heat that makes you forsake all loyalties, snap at your mother, and kill a child for a popsicle.

january 30th, 2017 | some notes about vectors that i made yesterday! i took the test today and it wasn’t as difficult as i thought it’d be, hehehehe. but that doens’t mean i’m going to get a good grade, because i’m probably going to score a 5/10 or less HAHAHAHA. but let’s hope i pass at least!

hello!! (i absolutely love your blog omg) I'm a design student planning to get a Mac but I can't decide whether to go for air or for pro 😭 any suggestions? thank you!

hi there!!! aw thank u ^~^ hmm it really depends! if you think that you’ll constantly have to bring your laptop around then definitely go for macbook air because it is a lot lighter! but if i’m not wrong the display for macbook pro is better so it may be suitable for you!! and i think the processing system is faster too (if u needa export large volumes of design stuff). but don’t take my word for it, i think you shld still go down to an apple store and try it out for yourself and ask for the staff there for more advice!! all the best :D
