Hi!! I know I havenโt posted in a while but I saw I got this and the post so I thought I should address it.
But I blocked them a while ago cause they always made me uncomfortable and they did a lot of things just wrong. There have been times where I spoke on anon telling them they did something wrong to see if theyโd listen or say sorry and move forward but theyโd never answer and theyโd change what they said and pretend like nothing happened.
I knew that I didnโt want to be their mutual for awhile ((if ever not gonna lie)) but honestly Iโm just glad I blocked them now and I donโt have to deal with them anymore, nor do I want to be in any way associated with them. I know I shouldโve done that before, since they followed me ((a smut blog with an 18+ restriction)) while they were a minor, but I chose to trust them when they said they blocked all the smut tags. But now in hindsight they probably didnโt.
All Iโm going to say now, is that if anyone who follows me or sees this post in general, and follows them as well please take the time to read through the post anon has linked. And please donโt send them hate. Just report and block them, they arenโt worth your time.

The Polish borders are open and the government has stated that as many refugees as possible will be able to come to Poland.
Below, some links that might be useful. I apologize in advance that the list is very Poland-centered, but these are the sources that I was able to verify as a Polish person.
You are more than welcome to add more verified information and links!
For the Ukrainians coming to Poland:
โฌ๏ธ The website of the Polish government with all the information regarding crossing the Polish border and help for the refugees. As of now, the website is available in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, and English.
โฌ๏ธ Blank forms that will help you cross the border with your pet. There is also legal background information in Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian. The documents have been prepared by a legal professional. In order to cross the border with your pet, the pet needs to be mocrochipped and vaccinated against rabies. These are the only requirements as of now, you don't need a passport for your pet.
โฌ๏ธ There are many legal professionals there who are willing to help free of charge.
โฌ๏ธ You can find information about transport from the border, where to stay etc. there.

Alright,ย Iโve had enough of this whole minors issues going around on Tumblr soย Iโm about to dedicate a whole post about this from the perspective of a Canadian law student.ย
Theres a reason children (minors) are legally not allowed to do certain things like drink, smoke, consume 18+ material, etc. Itโs because of this thing called capacity. In legal terms, capacity is the ability to understand your actions and to fully understand the consequences of those actions. Adults can drink alcohol because they, in most cases can understand what it is and what it does.ย Minors do not have this ability, because their brains are not fully developed.ย
The law recognizes the fact that minors do not understand the consequences of their actions and in some cases they donโt understand what they are doing is wrong. So instead, the alternative to this isย what we callย parens patriae.ย This principle is used a lot in cases of child custody and abuse/neglect, but it is a general principle that the courts follow. When basic legislation is not enough, the government acts like a guardian and enacts restrictions (like a law that protects minors from buying drugs or alcohol, or an age restriction on 18+ content like smut). Because minors CANNOT make rational decisions on their own even when they think they can. This is something that has been proven, thereโs noย โoh wellย Iโm a human being and Iโm entitled to my freedomโ, or โI know whatย Iโm doingโ. No. You donโt. And the law recognizes that.ย
And so the same goes for minor/adult relationships, even if they are not sexual and simply romantic. Sexual or not, an adults understanding of love is completely different from a child. An adult does not have the right to act in place of these laws which are meant to protect minors. Which is why it is so, so important not to place in these minors minds the idea that it is okay to interact with adults in more than a friendly way. Be careful with what youโre saying online, please.

So Iโm not gonna lie to you all but I feel very alone on here, yes Iโve met some amazing people and I care about them deeply. But even then I still feel like itโs just me here. I very rarely get any interaction here and that in itself makes me feel quite unmotivated, it makes me feel like no one really wants to read what I put a lot of time and effort into. There are occasionally people who comment or reblog with a comment and to those people I love you and appreciate you greatly, but just getting one per post just makes me feel like shit honestly. I donโt mean to sound rude or anything but I just feel like I have to say this, since itโs just taking a toll on me now. I love writing and stray kids, and I do want to write more and post more but it feels like no one wants me to. Sorry for the rant but Iโm honestly just tired of it all.
