Generally speaking, you do. Though your giftee can write any song/music genre preferences within the info section of the application. You can also send your giftee an anon ask about it.

Quitting this event

Hey y’all. If I’m going to be honest, I was dragging my feet throughout this whole event. I’m losing all passion for this franchise after the year I had in the fandom last year, and my personal disappointment with the new series. I’m not going to go into specifics, but I’ve just fallen a bit out of love with Yugioh. Therefore, I do not plan on hosting this event next year.
However, if anyone else would like to host the Yugioh Secret Santa next year and/or any future years, then please shoot me an ask (off anon) or a message! I’d honestly be willing to give this blog over to anyone who would like to host this event in the future.

I'm happy to announce that I'm the new mod for this event. I took part in it the last two years and I'll do my best to continue the good work of the previous mod.

Pinch hitters

Unfortunately I got really busy during the past week, and my wifi died for a bit, so I wasn’t able to set up pinch hitters yet. My school quarter started today, so I might be a bit slow getting them set up. I’ll have all of the pinch hitters organized by the end of Friday.
