So I was asked by SimDoughnut if I would create an object for his upcoming build, well he does have a way of talking me into creating things for him and even though I’m extremely rusty, I did have fun meshing. This of course leads to these new meshes to share...
There is a total of 6 meshes, all of which are decorative and can be found under Sculptures and Clutter. These are Basegame compatible, recolorable, may include the mesh but do give credit.

Recently Ebonix & Blvck-Life-Simz converted pieces of this set in their Ultimate Cookout Kit. yourdorkbrains was going to convert their set for S3, I let her know that this set had originally been done for S2 and S3. She has kindly told everyone that the pieces they are searching for are available already.
Well since I must bite, or everyone requires a pair of eyeglasses, or they are just too freaking lazy...I’m not going to make it easy, however you will find the “Summer” Set in the following link. Look under the “Favorites” at the Left...the very first link will take you to all of my S2, S3, and S4 sets that were originally posted at BPS. This link is my “BPS Archives” located at my blogspot blog “Sim Tinkerings by Tinkle”. The “Summer” set will be found under both the S2 Mesh and the S3 Mesh folders, if it is for S2 the file will begin with S2Summer and the S3 file will begin with S3Summer.
I’ve been asked a lot lately about my past creations from my years at BPS. Especially as a lot of the Tumblr creators have been converting my S2 and S3 meshes to S4, most recently Ebonix & Blvck-Life-Simz in their Ultimate Cookout Kit.
The “Summer” meshes used in the Ultimate Cookout Conversion were available for S2 and S3, the “Candy Apple” meshes that were converted came from one of two possible sets, “Candy Apples” or “Apple Harvest” and were only available for S2.

So...the daughter had her wisdom teeth removed earlier this week, hubby had his removed at the end of the week. Let's just say I'm about ready to push them out the door and lock it tight. I should be cleaning but it's too hot and the family are giving me a headache. So I tried to veg out in front the computer - which of course led to a little bit of meshing.

If any of you follow Sim Doughnut, you’ll have recently viewed a WIP for his “Junkyard Dawgs Hot Dog Stand” and noticed the hot dog he has used as part of his restaurant sign.
Well I was able to create his requested hot dog sign before work one morning this past week. It’s nothing special, just a couple of hot dogs (with metal legs), one for the floor/ground and the other for the wall.
The Hot Dog Sign File contains: Wall Sign Mesh, Floor Sign Mesh
These are basegame compatible, recolorable, etc.

I will say that I'm just exhausted and can barely stay up past 8:00 p.m. Top that off with no inspiration for simming...I miss it. A bit of re-purposing...the toilet works well for grilling and storing beverages in the tank. They work well as a seats too! Well I've been sick for the past month, I'm finally starting to feel better and getting over all of the side effects from all the different medications. Between being sick and work, I haven't had much time for simming and I truly miss it!
In case you are wondering...I started back to work after 15 years being a stay-at-home mom. Well it took some adjustment to try and get back in that groove, then I ended up sick. Can't say I'm enjoying the job, it took me 7 months to find it and although it's close to home with decent hours, there is so much chaos and frustration because of their growing pains. So over the past two weeks I've been creating a new set, something that kept niggling at me and wouldn't leave me be until I meshed it.

Not a new mesh, well it's not been uploaded previously anyway...I meshed this back in 2012-13 when I was working on a carnival set that I lost interest in. Some of those pieces have been used in other sets since then. Well last week Simskaching sent me a message at Tumblr asking if I still had it and would I upload it, he/she remembered seeing it in my album at BPS. I have to say, it's not a bad piece, although I would definitely change a few things about it today if I were interested in doing so.

Ahoy Matey
Ahoy Matey was a large undertaking, working with SimDoughnut of Tumblr to fulfill his visions for his "Buccaneer's Bay" Sims 4 Lot. SD has not yet released his lot as he has been under the weather, however he should have it up soon! Many of these objects are S2, S3, and TSM conversions or modifications however not all; this was a month long effort which took place from the end of September through October. Many of these items may have been converted from their original format to S4 during this time period, however I am not going to pick them out of this large set just because someone else has converted them.
Ahoy Matey has a total of 77 meshes - listed above. Make sure to read the enclosed TOU text file as it will have more information. Most objects are decorative however the grills are usable.
