One of Nagi's hands came up to the side of Yoichi's head, fingers sliding through his hair and then gripping tight, angling his face up. The demeaning hold ignited Yoichi's reflex to bat him away, but he was halted mid-motion by another fetter looping around his free wrist and pulling taut. Locked together, Nagi's touch gentled into something almost affectionate as his soft voice threatened, "There's no formal contract yet. I could still eat you instead."

The whiplash intimacy layered with the foreboding words made Yoichi shiver, different from the usual discomfort that irked him when someone took liberties. This is bad, he thought. But the way that Nagi looked at him with intent fixation, and the covetous touch of his hand that didn't suit the sin of Sloth, seemed to put them in the same boat.

Nagi lends Isagi his phone to play a game while sharing the earphone together. Isagi is really bad at the game, but Nagi lets him play it because seeing Isagi’s flustered face when he lost is really amusing to him.

The first time he saw the cat was when he'd just gotten back from a patrol.

It stood out amongst all the other strays he'd seen because it was bright yellow.
