Do you have something to FIGHT for?
A year and a half ago, the world became hell. Emergency broadcasts were sent to every radio, tv, and any other communication source available across the globe. A warning to the people, lock your doors and hold your loved ones even tighter at night. There was no explanation more than that, but soon the living would come face to face with the dead. Cities fell, the population was cut in half, and all hope seemed lost. That was until the government emerged from the ashes, forming safe zones for those who remain uninfected. They appeared to be humanity’s saving grace, militarized sanctions that offered a light in dark times. Yet it seemed not all were happy with the power in charge, seeking answers and justice for loved ones lost, and why the world had fallen. The fireflies rise, slowly but they begin to grow just as quick as the infection, for each safe zone, members began to infiltrate their ranks. The fireflies hope to find a cure, bring an end to the end of the world.
There are currently 6 quarantine zones, large outposts with leaders placed from the community instead of the government’s rule. Alexandria, The Hilltop, The Kingdom, The Sanctuary, and Woodbury. Each outpost is large enough to host an entire city, inhabitants ruled by a strict curfew and rationed supplies. Each citizen is required to wear an identification badge, and may only leave the city under approval. Upon their return, they are checked for bites, or any other signs of infection, if any are found they’re put down immediately. The government also keeps a close eye on any sign of firefly movements, and have a few of their own double agents working to discover the other’s side secrets.

We will be here for you EVERY step of the way. This is a large world we are trying to create by meshing The Last of Us and The Walking Dead. We are still elaborating some details and figuring out exactly what is what so we can get an EXCELLENT verse going. When filling out the app please do consider that leadership roles will go to their rightful owner if we get that character.IE: Negan for Sanctuary, Rick for Alexandria. We are only accepting one of each character so no duplicates. And we MAY ask you to change your FC if we have one of the same already. ALRIGHT ! it’s been a little over a month that i’ve been back on emma , & already i’ve hit quite a few milestones in regards to followers . along with that , i’ve literally just gotten back onto my usagi account & the reception has been just amazing ! so , to those of you that don’t know , the face behind the character is a DISNEY CAST MEMBER ! with this job comes an endless amount of perks , & i want nothing more than to share them with you amazing people .

THE LAST THING Joel wants is for Ellie to do anything alone. To him it doesn’t matter if she told him to stay back his INSTINCTS lure him to her position. Each situation has always worked out for the best and maybe it’s the arrogance he has gained along the way that’s made him so CARELESS. The bite on his arm is THROBBING and as he stares at it after killing he thing that has given it to him. Her words don’t register at first as he clutches the underside of the arm and suddenly the REALIZATION hits him. This is it. This is the day he dies. Tears starts to well but he bites them back as he takes a step back. Joel can’t lose it now. After everything he is going to leave Ellie alone just as she always feared.
She was right all those years ago. Everyone does leave her but he has tried his HARDEST to not that let happen. All the words BARRELING at him are barely making it through the fog his mind has set before him. Just the knowledge that she is yelling is making him frustrated enough. With a snap he’s back into focus and he knows she needs a good DOSE of reality. “Just fuckin’ STOP. Goddamnit just stop. We both know what this means."
The look in her eyes tells him she isn’t fully accepting what’s happening and that TERRIFIES him as he doesn’t want to leave this planet knowing that she couldn’t accept the loss of him. He’s too calm for his own good because all he wants to do is throw shit and cry but he won’t. Joel knew this day would come sooner or later and he’s known for a long time that when his time came he would welcome like an old friend. His tone gets audibly more calm as he continues. "Ellie, listen. Don’t do this.”
