none of you were wearing gloves but the heat radiating from your hands provided the much needed warmth to the both of you. draken's large hands encompassed your comparatively smaller ones just fine.

your boyfriend sported a big brown coat with a woollen hood, underneath which was a black turtleneck and some warm black pants. to complete the look were some boots that allowed easier walking on the snow covered roads. draken had tied his long black hair in a high ponytail with a few silky strands framing his pale skin with red splotches. well the wind was a little chilly after all.

"draken," you brought his attention back at you from where it was searching for some good food stalls for the both of you. it had been a while since you both ate something.

after hearing his hum in response you showed him the view in front of you.

fairy lights lit up the otherwise dark bridge. they hung above both of the railings, illuminating the calm river below, creating golden spots on the surface of the water. from where you were standing, the other side of the bridge looked beautiful. and the passage led to somewhere deeper which had your curiosity getting the better of you.

"we should check that place out!" you turned to look at him.
