Nicole truly is a brilliant writer.Every piece of praise that Nicole gets is abso-bloody-lutely deserved.
Is it safe to assume that you think she’s overrated because so many people mention her in their rec lists? Well, there’s a reason why so many of her works get love and attention - they’re fucking good.
Read “A Lesson in Love” and discover some of the most poetic and engaging writing on Tumblr. Read “Voicemail” and find yourself staring out the window with tugged heartstrings. Read “Gratitude” and bask in the warm feeling you’ll get once you reach the end. Read “Effortless” and wonder how the hell Nicole managed to trap vulnerably raw and flighty emotions into a painfully realistic yet beautiful fic.
Spend some quality time with her masterlist. It’s worth the time.
She’s 100% genuine.Go look at how she answers all of her asks. Every single person gets a wonderfully genuine response that’s from the heart.
Tumblr is fun, but sometimes it gets a little overwhelming as fandoms and reactions get intense and/or demanding. Nicole embodies why we fell in love with Tumblr in the first place - she’ll go out of her way to make you feel welcome and accepted.
Her blog is an accurate representation of her.You have the shining love for the MCU franchise and its respective actors, the outspoken support of diversity and equality, the hilarious yet ridiculously relatable memes, the wholesome posts that allow you to still have faith in humanity, the vulnerable posts, the blatant “what the fucking fresh hell is this about?” posts…
Everything from her iconic handle to what she posts is so… her. And that’s fucking fantastic.

JinAh was the kind of friend who would go out of her way to defend me from an anon and their unkind words. She was the kind of friend who would write a whole series for me as a present for my birthday. She was the kind of friend who would send me a care package from the other side of the country with face masks and Captain America socks. She was the kind of friend who would watch a series as questionable and plot hole-ridden and amazing as Hawaii Five-0 just because I recommended it.
JinAh was the kind of friend I know I’ll never stop missing.

Hi! I hope I’m not overstepping on any emotional boundaries with this. I used to be more active years ago. I loved (and still do) your fics and witnessing your love for your friends here. I especially remember loving the interactions between you and violletes.. it was pure fun and clear mutual adoration. It always warmed my heart and fascinated me that two people who might not have ever met in person could have such a strong relationship.
