“I know you’re watching, little bird.” @latro-avem
the corsair’s lip twitched in reaction to being spoken about so bluntly, though she remained mostly visibly unbothered. valor had indeed been watching, keen golden eyes not once leaving the strange man; he did stand out in a crowd, distinctly different than the grimy pirates and townsfolk. ‘just a lil’ wharf rat, val. ain’t worth the time,’ quinn spoke dismissively, not forwardly addressing the man but instead the bird crouched in careful observation on her shoulder. pushing from the relaxed position she had been occupying against the wall, she draws the blood red scarf around her neck up over her mouth. sparing the stranger a brief yet smoldering stare, the corsair turns to part down the opposite direction, easily slinking into the crowd of drunken sailors and lost travelers.
