As someone who has only had the one fannish sobriquet for about 20 years, it is very perplexing and inconvenient when y’all change yours. I do understand that there are times for re-invention/fresh starts/escape from wank, but I feel like some of you I’ve possibly “friended” more than once & don’t even know it! So anyway, if we used to know each other on a message board or LJ and you have a different name now, drop me a pm if you want? (I am aware of who some of you alias-changers are, but maybe not all.)
