This is not Sly, this is S.I.D. (system integration director) aka an Alex on steroids-over 9000, except now instead of managing mega corporations, they're stuck in small local systems or USB drives and is pretty salty about that.
Being an ai, they can change their appearance anytime anywhere so often looks like Sly (except not boring) just to annoy him.
