this year was tough for everyone. based on my experience, i’ve been homesick from moving away from my hometown, i didn’t get to graduate properly, my first year of college was online, and i even got corona at some point. however, one thing that always brought me joy was being on this site! true, it’s toxic a lot of times and there’s been lots of discourse, but nonetheless, i’m so grateful to have a platform where i can be fangirl self with everyone of u guys! all the love, support, and interaction i’ve received is unmatched, and each one of u guys really made this shitty year so much better. you guys made me love each anime character more by screaming about them with me, and i can never thank y’all enough for that.

i have no idea how long i’ll be on tumblr bc ya girl’s in college and it gets pretty tough, but i’ll always remember the kindness u guys have shown me and all the support. 2020 has been impactful in the worse kind of way and i’m itching to leave it behind, but i’ll never forget how i managed to get through it by being on tumblr and interacting with y’all. i literally love all 9k+ of u and i’m wishing everyone a happy new year!! i hope u guys will go though ur resolutions and that 2021 will be better for everyone <33

daichi likes holding your hand when he drives. he’s a safe driver and an even safer one when you’re in the car. he’ll let you control the music of the car and doesn’t mind at all whatever your music taste is. if you’re on a long road trip and you fall asleep, daichi leaves a small blanket in the backseat for you. he’ll start thinking to himself how grateful he is for you and how he wants to spend the rest of his life beside you.

He’s always looking out for you with the little things you often take for granted. The small kiss he places on your knuckles just after you have fallen asleep, turning the music down so you won’t be disturbed. Making sure he avoids pot holes and goes slowly over speed bumps so you aren’t jerked awake. He just loves your peaceful face and even if he can’t stare at you lovingly because he is driving. The fact he knows you are at peace makes his heart flutter with so much love.

Tsukishima:

For the past few hours you had been seated at the dining room table with notes and textbooks sprawled out in front of you between the various empty mugs of coffee and snacks. Across you, just as neck-deep in loose sheets of paper, sat Tsukishima, his glasses reflecting the bright light of his laptop as he searched through journals and texts while his face remained in a tight scowl. 

With your finals coming up all of your spare time was put into studying, especially with the influence of your boyfriend who wasn’t going to settle for a bad grade, from either of you. Simply sitting near each other while you did your own things was common for the two of you so studying wasn’t much different, but it was encouraging having his presence around knowing you could go to him for help and that you were in this together.
