Hear Me Out

It really annoys me how lucaya shippers are like “Maya is the only person who excepts Lucas for who he is. Riley is just trying to change him into the Mr. Perfect she imagined him to be.” It gets on my nerves because

1. The only reason she was upset about the whole thing was not because he wasn’t the person she thought he was, but because he had been keeping it a secret from her 2. She was upset about him not telling her because she thought that they could talk to each other about everything and anything 3. Riley is only trying to change Lucas for the better. Lucas has admitted that he doesn’t like Texas Lucas and she wants to help him.

Riley accepts Lucas for who he is. If she had wanted a Mr. Perfect, then she wouldn’t have dumped Charlie. If there is a Mr. Perfect on the show, then it would obviously be Charlie. So please stop saying that Riley doesn’t accept Lucas for who he is because she accepts every inch of him and wants to help him
