It’s basically just a portal to connect people to other similar blogs. So you have a network blog, and it links to a bunch of blogs that meet the network requirements (e.g., “Must feature content from pre-2000s Marvel Comics”) and posts promos, and on each of those blogs, they include a link back to the network so that the other blogs in the network get more visibility, too. ]]
