I am currently trying to get my things in order to make this more of an art blog and actually document the art that I make.

That being said,

Hello! I’m Thyme!

I’m an aroaceagen audhd artist who’s working on a fantasy/adventure/comedy comic about a group of friends who accidentally discover a conspiracy to kidnap the queen called Once up on a Time. There’s cute animal friends, foreign princes, ace romance, and more! I currently post on Webtoon and Tapas, but started here on Tumblr in 2017.

I'm also a DID system with 3 "main" alters- who are present more often than not- and 3 "quiet" alters- who aren't present very often. Currently, Daeka is the only one with his own blog @capybaraherd

Since I will be reblogging art I want to save onto here still, my own art will be tagged "#authorofthyme art" and others' art will be tagged "#others' art".

Important tags to filter are "#blood" "#gore" "#eyestrain warning" "#flash warning" "#nudity" "#eye contact" and "#body horror"

No, but sometimes it can be frustrating/draining. It's important to pace yourself, but I love doing art fight every year! I've been participating every year since Sun vs Moon (2017)

It's a really great motivation boost, drawing others' characters can enhance your skills and push you to draw things you wouldn't normally, and I really treasure the friendships that I've made throughout the years.

But like I said, it's important to pace yourself. It can be tempting to get in your head about revenges or attack quality and end up burning yourself out. It's important to remember that it's a gift giving event for fun. You don't owe anyone any attack, revenges, or anything! And even though I did burn myself out my first two years or so, I still loved participating and treasure the memories I got to make.
