I used to work for AMC theaters, I’m not sure if this applies for every company but this is the layout for AMC.
- There’s an emergency exist in EVERY AUDITORIUM right next to the screen. There will be an exit sign right above it, you can’t miss it.
- At the bottom of EVERY screen in the theater, if you lift the curtain there is space to hide.
- IF YOU SEE AN EMPLOYEE OPENING UP A DOOR THAT REQUIRES A CODE, FOLLOW THEM. THEY LEAD TO SAFETY.
