Triple Strike pride art!
I have a couple others in the works, but this is the only one that will happen on time in June :P.
Reblogging this belatedly in honor of International Asexuality Day!

Staple! Independent Media Expo is back for 2024, and I'm delighted to be tabling with @marlenadutch this year!
Creators were asked to draw the Staplegator in their style, so I went with a tribute to the peerless Leiji Matsumoto, who was one of my childhood inspirations to start drawing comics <3.
I'll be featuring my own space pirates rather than Captain Harlock and his crew, but come see us and all the other amazing indie creators who will be there!
Triple Strike stickers for Staple Expo have arrived! For now, it's just Sven and Alan...and Eric. Hi, Eric.
Might make more of the crew at some point, but next up on the list is finishing up a handful of bookmarks~.
I'm pleased to announce that I will be sharing a table with @gmgray at STAPLE! 2024, April13-14 in Austin, TX!
Please follow us for more info in the coming months!

OK if your WoL got fantasia'd unexpectedly and turned into another race/version of themselves, how do the people who know them tell it is actually them? Mannerisms? The way they dress? Can the Scions tell?
That one time when, every week, one of the static members would race change to lala, and every week, the 8th member would be like "is there something different about you?" and we all assured him, no, nothing different at all, and he only noticed once all 7 of us were lalas and we were hanging out in the secret lala room.
That is to say, the Scions would never even notice.
...yeah, these two things definitely are the same...
...the forbidden, secret lala party in question....
Triple Strike sticker designs!
Trying to have some sticker/bookmark merch around on the chance that @marlenadutch and I get a table at STAPLE! Austin :3.
Working on some sticker sets for Triple Strike. Hopefully will be tabling at Staple! this year~.
Pommes Frites helped me make the royal eggs recipe from the Ultimate FFXIV Cookbook, including the English...er...Ishgardian muffins!
I always love Victoria Rosenthal's recipes and highly recommend her books for all levels of cooking. She has great tips on keeping the Hollandaise sauce from breaking and getting a nice consistency on the poached eggs for this recipe.
Onmyoji: Minamoto no Hiromasa.
I love all Onmyoji spin-offs, and the Netflix one is no exception <3.
As far as I’m concerned, this is a tie…AS IT SHOULD BE.
Times have been tough around here, but I still managed to send out some winter cards with my art on them, as is my yearly tradition.
This year I wasn't able to paint cards and get them printed, so I ended up printing them at home with a black and white laser printer and adding color by hand. I didn't send out as many, but the ones I did send out were each unique.

@illuminesce this quiz was made for you!
Today, I profess my deep, undying love for khachapuri.
Once, I went to Moscow. The khachapuri they served there was huge, clearly for 3 people to share. I wanted one, and I would order it, my lack of fluency in the Russian language be damned.
The waitress looked suspicious.
“Salad?” she asked, pointing at a salad. A reasonable choice.
“No,” I said, “Khachapuri.”
She shook her head and tried to explain to the dumb American that no, I was one person, and this was for three people.
“Khachapuri,” I repeated, undaunted. *I will eat this cheesy garlic bread with the force of three people.*
She told me I would order a salad, and then…then she would bring me my dearest khachapuri. I relented.
And that’s how I ended up eating three people’s worth of bread and a salad, just to spite the waitress.
No wonder I ended up gluten intolerant.
