Summary: After being hired as the new doctor, one of the patients in your case file draws your attention. You try to ignore him staring at you through his window as you walk down the hallways until curiosity gets the best of you, and quite possibly might be one of your better decisions and the start of a very bad patient-doctor relationship.

“for real! it was this massive rhino messing around and the cops couldn't hold him down, so i dropped by and thought i could give them a hand. so he came to me, right, full force. and then bang!%# dodged him like nothing. a piece of cake, seriously. i shoot some webs and man! he was so done, baby! like, i could sense when he was gonna throw a punch, it's like this tingling in my chest telling me... —so yeah. he tried to punch me, but i'm like... really fast, i hit him one, two, three times, i tangled his feet in spider web and then he couldn't move, but he was really strong, so i knew they weren't gonna held him for long. he threw a fucking car door at me! then —the tingling i mentioned you about, you know? the... spider sense, KICKED IN! and everything went in slowmo. i ran right into the car door, and i passed through the window and —i can't even believe it. and right after, i stopped it with my web and sent it back to him. sent him to sleep right away, babe. sorry, am i talking too much?”

it takes you a couple of seconds to notice the amazed grimace on your face when you shake your head, and soften your eyes. “wow, markie. that's impressive.” you smile.

he chuckles, “it was.”

5:30PM.

you just arrived home after a hard shift at your job, working endlessly and being on your feet for 12 hours nearly killed you. you threw your bag on the door hanger in the passage, kicked off your shoes and walked inside your shared apartment with jeno.

he knew how hard you worked and decided to set up something nice as he had the day off of work. he thought it would be nice of him to run you a bubble bath, put on some relaxing music and for you to just enjoy being home while he takes care of everything like: the washing up, the cleaning, the cooking, anything you ask of him.

he smiled wide as soon as he met your face, your tired eyes ever so slightly glistening in the dull lighting. “i thought i’d treat you tonight, you’ve been overworking yourself this week. let me take care of you okay? no stress tonight. we can’t have you getting sick now, can we?” you chuckle.

“of course not honey, thank you for doing this.”

NCT Dream when you accidentally fell asleep on their shoulder.

Mark Lee

It'll be during a late-night talk with his members! It was also a post-concert talk, so you're just there listening to Dreamies be chaotic and loud, and they're kinda draining your energy. (Seriously, how is that they still have energy at this hour.) You wanted to wait for them to finish and you try your best to be patient but your eyes are getting drowsy. Slowly, you didn't noticed that your eyes are closed and you lean against Mark. Mark wouldn't be surprised when you lean on him, probably would tap your head and still continue to yap. When he noticed that you're asleep, he'll hush the Dreamies and tell them that they should call it a night!

Huang Renjun

It happened during your movie night with him! It was during the second movie and as much as you want to stay awake, you can feel yourself sleepy. So when Renjun felt your head on his shoulders. He'll try to call your attention, but you're already in a deep sleep, that's why Renjun would only smile. He lets you rest there, even saying "good night" to you and brushing your hair while he finishes the movie for the two of you. 

Lee Jeno

It'll be during your commute on the way home! It'll take an hour before you and your boyfriend reached your apartment. But because of the long day you two spent, you couldn't help but feel tired and sleepy. You ended up laying your head on Jeno's shoulders and the next thing you knew, you're in a deep sleep. Jeno wouldn't be surprise and thinks that you're probably too tired. He tries his best to not move too much despite being inside the bus. 

Lee Donghyuck

You two are just chilling inside the Dreamies dorm. Haechan was talking about something that happened during his trainee days when he felt your head on his shoulders. Haechan would probably think that you're just being clingy so he instinctively leans his head on you, not even stopping his yapping. It took a co-member of his to point out that you're sleeping. "Oh really?" he'll probably still won't move and soon, he'll feel sleepy and eventually you two ended up sleeping in that position. 

Na Jaemin

It's on a ride on the way home. You two hailed a taxi and during the minutes of silence, Jaemin felt your head on his shoulders. He'll take a small glance and noticed that you're sleeping. He lets out a small smile and is probably exploding internally. Slowly, he'll place his arms around your shoulder so that your position is stable and comfortable throughout the ride. 

Zhong Chenle

You and Chenle are waiting for the food delivery. It was late night and he suddenly craved for a midnight snack. Despite being sleepy, you agreed with your boyfriend's antics. While waiting, you couldn't help but to stifle a yawn. It'll take a few minutes until Chenle feels your head on his shoulder, you doze off while waiting for the food. Chenle will be a bit surprised but will not move so that you could sleep comfortably. He'll probably wake you up if the food arrived though. 

Park Jisung

Jisung dropped by your place while you're in the middle of an exam cramming. Being an understanding boyfriend, he just sat next to you while you read your reviewers. Hours of silence shifted when Jisung felt your head on his shoulder. He'll be startled by the sudden action but once he noticed that you're sleeping and your reviewer slid out of your hands, Jisung decided that he'll give you a few minutes to rest. He'll tap your head and gently kisses it before going back to what he was doing. <3

NCT Dream when they come home and find you asleep in their shirt!

Mark Lee

The moment he enters his room and sees you sleeping peacefully wearing his shirt, oh his smile just curved right there! He'll stare at you lovingly and just blushes at the thought that you're wearing his shirt! Yeah, he'll be standing from where he is for like a few minutes, smiling but has his hands covering his lips because he just couldn't contain how cute you are!

Huang Renjun

He will be surprised when he sees that you're wearing his shirt! You're dozed off on the couch and he did remember that you sent him a message, telling him that you're borrowing a shirt from him. Renjun just didn't expect that it'll be his favorite shirt! So he'll let out a small gasp at the sight but then approaches you and then carries you to your shared bed. <3

Lee Jeno

I just think, that wearing Jeno's shirt is like wearing a dress. Your boyfriend is just HUGE and you're on average height, so when Jeno comes home to see you sleeping just your sleeping shorts and his shirt, he'll be staring at you for a whole minute. He thinks that you look so small in his clothes!! :< He will find it cute and endearing too!

Lee Donghyuck

Haechan would find it endearing when he comes home to see you snuggling comfortably wearing his shirt. It's big for you but the way you curl up on a fetal position made Haechan think that you're probably so comfortable wearing his clothes and found comfort to it while waiting for him to come home. He'll sit beside you, and then steals a kiss on your head before going to the bathroom to freshen up. <3

Na Jaemin

Once Jaemin goes home, he'll be surprised to see you sleeping on the couch while the tv is on. He remembered that you said you'll wait for him but he sees that you have fallen asleep. As he comes nearer to you, that's when he realized that you're wearing his shirt! He'll be smiling widely at the sight, takes tons and tons of picture in different angle because he thinks that you look so cute wearing his shirt! <3

Zhong Chenle

Oh Chenle would be so smug when he catches you sleeping on his bed and wearing his shirt. It was his favorite shirt too! He just stares at you, arms-crossed as he scans the shirt that you're wearing. He would probably tease you about it in the morning but you just tell him that you don't have any sleepwear that night. He laughs it off but would tell you that you can keep it. 

Park Jisung

He'll be SURPRISED to see you asleep while wearing his shirt. He would probably lean closer just to confirm if it was his shirt and if it was his shirt, he'll be shy about it. You look so small in his clothes and hovers almost your body. So to see that sight when he goes home, Jisung would probably so flustered at the thought that you're wearing his clothes. Ears red and feeling himself heating up lmao.

mark turns over in his sleep, hand running over the smooth sheets... only for him to raise his head up. he squints at the empty mattress space, blankets left askew, and just stares while his brain is still catching up to him. you're... where? he sits up, rubbing his eyes. he waits first: if you're in the bathroom, you'll be back soon enough...

and then you don't come back. so he stifles a yawn, squints at the red numbers reading out three in the morning, and decides to go find you. all it takes is a few steps to see you sitting on the couch, a blanket draped tightly over your shoulders, as you watch something silly and stupid on tv. mark makes his way over to you and flops down next to you, cheek pressed against your arm as he leans into you.

you look at him, a tired look on your face. "you okay?"

he nods. "you?"

you frown, and then chew the inside of your cheek for a moment before shaking your head. "had a bad nightmare," you lean against him, and he readjusts so you can rest your head atop his own. "couldn't get back to sleep."

he reaches up, hugging one of your arms in his own. "you could have woken me up, baby. it's okay."

"it's fine," you say. "just... figured i'd get some water and take my mind off of it."

mark sits up, and checks the timestamp of this video. there's another ten minutes left, so he turns to you, arms open. "c'mere."

you fold yourself into his arms immediately, snuggling in and shutting your eyes for a moment as you enjoy his embrace. you snuggle in, and open your eyes again to keep watching your video. if you listen close enough, you can hear mark's heart beating.

"i've got you," he says. "you wanna talk about it?" when you shake your head, he gets it. he doesn't always talk about his bad dreams, either. "alright. it's alright," he kisses the side of your head. "nothing's gonna get you. i've got you, alright?" he chuckles, "i'm your spider-man, remember?"

it earns a small snort of laughter from you, and mark just smiles to himself. "yeah," you murmur. "thanks, spidey."

"pleaseeee"

"you wouldn't be able to pronounce them properly"

"that's why i asked you to teach me!"

you huff, crossing your arms at the now smirking boy in beside you. right now you were trying to get your boyfriend to teach you at least some basic chinese phrases just for the fun of it

but being the stubborn little shit he is, obviously he's gonna make you work for it as if it's some reward to be taught in his native language

chenle hums, thinking for a split second before clearing his throat. "nĭ hăo. that means hello"

you honestly can't believe him right now. was he being for real?

chenle cackles at your reaction. "what? you said basic so i just taught you how to say hello!"

"obviously i know that! by basic i mean like simple phrases like "what does my honey bunch sugar plum want for dinner?" or some shit like that!" you pinch the bridge of your nose in annoyance. is this what jisung feels on the daily basis?

just watching chenle laugh his ass off was not helping. maybe you'd try to ask on another day when he didn't feel the need to annoy you. with an irritated sigh, you get up from the couch but his hand grabs your wrist to prevent you from leaving

"okay okay. i'm sorry. i'll be serious now" chenle manages to choke out after laughing too much. you huff, snatching your hand away from him before leaning back on the couch, waiting for him to say something

"ràng wǒmen yīqǐ chéngzhǎng, yīqǐ xuéxí, dùguò yúshēng (让我们一起成长，一起学习，度过余生。).. try saying that" chenle suddenly sits up, all giddy all of a sudden.

"that's too complicated-"

"just say it slowly"

"rang.. women yiqi... cheng..zhang, yiqi xue..xí, duguo.. yu..sheng?"

chenle suddenly scoots closer to you to give you a big fat kiss on the cheek. "good job, babe!" he chirps, circling his arms around your frame. "your pronunciation still needs a little work but that could do"

now you don't even know what the fuck you just said but based from his positive reaction you might as well think of it as a good sign. especially with what happened to mark that one time you witnessed chenle teaching him how to say something in chinese.. which obviously did not end well...

"what did i say though?" you ask, snuggling closer to your boyfriend.

"ehh it's something you don't have to know... for now" chenle brushes your question off. now leaning his head on top of yours as he seemingly tightens his grip around you.

You both had just returned home from NCT Dream's concert, and the moment the door's closed, your lips immediately met his, hungrily moving against each other. One thing after another, the two of you are leaving a trail of clothes towards your bedroom.
