The Walking Dead comics concluded last year after 193 issues over the course of 16 years, but the iconic villain Negan is returning in a surprise one-shot from co-creator/writer Robert Kirkman and artist Charlie Adlard.

Negan Lives will be released exclusively at comic shops on July 1 via Image Comics and Skybound - with zero freight cost for the retailers. It will not be available digitally.

Adlard illustrated the cover art for the 36-page comic. Limited edition gold foil and silver foil variants will also be available. Read the synopsis below.
