'Activist judges legislating from the bench' is the ultimate Republican projection.

The six conservative SCOTUS justices are shredding precedent and discarding case law for their personal [religious] opinions.

Their misogyny is church-approved.

WIP Wednesday

Here's a quick peek at the next chapter of my Klaroline WIP, Found:

Chapter 4

Caroline spied the way Klaus covertly kept checking the cabin door, as though he expected Rebekah to just blur into the room at any moment. “Relax. We’ll hear Rebekah’s car long before she actually makes it to the front door.” Realizing her tone had been a bit more impatient than she meant, she quickly apologized. “Sorry. I know you’re anxious, but I promise your sister is incredibly loyal to you — especially considering how you...um, well, that’s not important right now. Anyway, Rebekah sounded really anxious to get to you and reading between the lines, she might be able to give us some clues on what’s happened to you.”

“Anxious” was an understatement. It was a complete accident Caroline still had Rebekah’s phone number — a remnant of the time the Original stupidly thought she actually had a chance to steal the cheerleading captain position. She answered on the first ring, immediately cursing at Caroline with some really scary (but colorful) threats. Unsurprisingly, losing Klaus made the rest of the Originals hyper-paranoid.

“I appreciate the sentiment, love.” Gray eyes downcast, he quietly confessed, “It’s unsettling to be faced with someone that you sense is...vital to your world and not immediately understand their place in your life.”

He must be talking about his sister
