So... I watched the first 3 episodes of “the legend of vox machina” and the nostalgia for my faves came back instantly.

I love how in a lot love stories like Perc’ahlia the woman would become the sort of “prize” for the man after all he’s endured and make no mistake, Percy deserves love and happiness after everything, but at no point is Vex presented as his “prize.” If anything, it’s presented as: “Lady Vex’ahlia de Rolo, Baroness of the Third House of Whitestone and Grand Mistress of the Gray Hunt , Ambassador to Syngorn, Champion of Pelor, with her trophy husband Percival Fredrickstein von Musel Klossowski de Rolo III” and Percy is 100% responsible for it

I find it very interesting that the only people who refer to Vex as “Vex’ahlia” are:
