“Don’t bring streaming culture here” doesn’t mean “Don’t listen to your fave’s music”. It literally just means not to go to people’s askbox asking them to stream. It just means not to bring your weird streaming superior complex onto this platform. It literally just means not to pressure people into streaming, and not saying someone isn’t a real fan, just because they don’t stream as much as you do.
