Has the fact that Danma looks like Butsuma ever come up? How do both Danma and Hashirama feel about it?

It has.

Danma was born a couple of years after Butsuma's death, so never knew him or how he looked, and his resemblance to him became much clearer only in his teens, when his face started taking on the broad, sharp angles, and he was told as much.

He didn't really get the impression that the resemblance was a good thing. His grandfather had been strong and good leader to the Senju, that was true enough, but his surviving sons didn't exactly speak fondly of him as a father. At times, Danma even wondered if that was another reason why Hashirama seemed to favor Hiruzen; as a replacement for the son who was too weak to carry on his legacy and started looking too much like a man he wanted to forget.

Butsuma wasn't exactly recognized or remembered for his warm, charming smile, so it was mostly when Danma was acting very severe or got angry that the family-resemblance shone through so distinctly.  As he got older, and his bond with his father grew strained, Hashirama would frequently be met by Butsuma's scowl on his son's face.

And both Hashirama and Tobirama could be perturbed by it at times.
