I do not claim the people who bullied a perfectly suitable actress that is not even confirmed to be part of the cast, because NEWSFLASH THEY ARE STILL ON EARLY EARLY STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT AND CASTING COMES WAAAAAAAY LATER, because of her body as part of the fandom. Fuck off and work on yourselves.
There are really people out there hating on Lucien Vanserra, huh. Good to know that their taste in men is like water-bland.
There is a certain portion of the fandom on twitter that has sunken to the low of including and threatening Taran– an innocent toddler– in their tweets.
You can be happy or mad or sad about the show or about Sarah– feel however you want!— but you should never, ever threaten her child or any member of her family.
• To that side of the fandom: stop body shaming! stop making jokes about eating disorders! stop threatening real people! stop making jokes about kidnapping anyone's child! This is a whole new low and you lot need to cut that shit out.
Do people on twitter not realize that Sarah could press charges for this if she saw it? How deeply this could effect her to see?
Think before you tweet.
Slow burn but it's written by an impatient person
This doesn't affect the speed of the developing relationship at all, but does make for a very passive aggressive narrator.
So it's official
*pretends to be excited while also being hella bitter acotar is yet again overshadowing the far superior tog series*
I'm sorry but,,, Throne of Glass would make for a better adaption than ACOTAR. there's a more cohesive plot that actually has Merit outside of romance and constant sex. Like yes, its good and healthy and steamy but maybe I'm just sensitive because Throne of Glass has done more for me as a person than ACOTAR ever has.
Yes, there is more sex in the later books but ToG's plot feels more well rounded and like an Actual Story Line with a secondary romance instead of it being a Romance with a secondary storyline.
I'm biased, I don't hold a lot of affection for Romance Books, even if its a good and healthy one. But ToG has so MUCH action and drama that encompasses so much more than the life of one person (Feyre). There's Aelin, there's Manon, there's Dorian and Chaol and Elide. They all have storylines and POVs that are about survival and strength and getting out from underneath abusers.
And while yes, ACOTAR has this too, there's so much more complexity in ToG where the healing that happens happens alongside saving their world. Their healing and their journey is more important than the romantic angle and idk if an ACOTAR adaption will give that kind of portrayal that will connect to me, a person who has had to survive and face the complex traumas that a lot of the ToG characters have
ToG could be like Game of Thrones. ACOTAR as great as it is, I'm afraid of it being the next Shadowhunters
the valkyrie, in the not so distant future, once they ditch the illyrian gear for their own

Bonus: Giving Nyx direct access to her home
I can’t wait for the intense bantering/flirting that’s gonna take place on the Illyrian mountains at some point in acotar 4 #nessian
The Path Ahead (NSFN Elorcan Special)
Summary: For Elide, it is the end of her virginity. For Lorcan, it’s the last ‘first time’ he ever wants to have. Both are nervous about the evening to come, but neither would change it for the world.

There was a person who named Feysand’s son Squishy (I mean the nickname, an actual name was Cassriel? Or so, I don’t remeber that, unfortunately…) And thanks to that person, my heart is full of emotions and I CANNOT sleep.
Please, help me find that person!

Sarah saying it was obvious for who the next book will be about
Me rereading the book six times:
Me still confused af:
If I had the choice between an Azriel and/or Elain book… Azriel’s would have me by the throat.
And I would rather just read about him and have no other POV’s unless it would be a certain valkryie… cough Gwyn
Cassian: Doesn’t count when you use your hands to do most of the work.
Nesta: I bet that isn’t what you’ve been telling yourself at night.
Cassian: Is that what those smutty books teach you? That it’s only at night? It could be anytime—dawn’s first light, or when I’m bathing, or even after a long, hard day of practice.
Nesta: Sounds like you have a lot of time on your hands, Cassian.
