A little update on the kitten situation- all 3 babies are thriving! They’re starting to wiggle around and open up their eyes slowly! The little girl (grey tortie) has her eyes pretty much open all the way and it’s so neat to see her starting to take in her surroundings!
I’m still pretty MIA atm- my job’s busy season just kicked into high gear and while I’ve been playing lots of sims I haven’t touched the commune challenge in a bit- have no fear, it will be back soon!
Hey, so, I looked at the Daya dress recolour you had (your account, slash post/183679018591/savvysweets-daya-dress-recolored) and it seems that savvysweet deleted the file off of SFS, Patreon, and Dropbox. I was wondering if you ever had the file for it, and if you do, could you upload it somewhere? Thanxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I do have the file, but since savvysweet chose to delete her blog (they are now @sheabuttyr) it doesn't feel right to upload that file anywhere without their permission. I will reach out to them and see if it's alright to include the mesh, but I doubt I'll be updating that post anytime soon due to my current schedule.
I’ve been fostering a pregnant cat for the last few weeks and she went into labor unexpectedly! So if I disappear for a bit- this is why!
The mom is Flora and the babies are (from right to left) Sage, Dill and Basil. Sage (grey tortie) is a girl, the other two are boys.
After a weather-appropriate makeover, the Griffin family settled right into the farm lifestyle!
I forgot how often Ash autonomously goes jogging... 😓
Even though I didn’t take any screenshots of it- Clover is thrilled to have her family on the farm. She has hugged everyone multiple times since they joined the household.
The Griffins will stay at the commune for the summer and leave mid-fall to go back to Selvadorada. I’m sure they’ll visit plenty though!
I had to relocate the commune to a bigger lot, but in doing so I was able to add a small home for the Griffin-Tomillo family.
Ash, his wife Rosa (Clover’s step-mother) and their daughter Latana! Latana was born just before the Griffin’s left the Carver Commune for Rosa’s native Selvadorada.
Oh Ash, how I’ve missed you!
Knox is quick to give Ash some of the commune’s homemade preserves and suggests that the Griffins come stay at the farm during the unbearably hot Selvadoradan summers!
Clover gets a call from her dad, Ash Griffin, who is visiting from Selvadorada with the rest of Clover’s family. He wants to come check out the new farm and see how his daughter is doing out on her own.
Knox is happy to give Ash a tour and introduce him to the wildlife.
Clover eve has time to learn another skill- Knitting!
She manages to make a little hat and scarf for the farm’s only rooster!
Having someone else to help with the chores makes a big difference!
Knox gets a makeover while I checked on his sim profile and discovered a little something interesting- Seems like there might be some interest in more than just the farm!
A new member means the upstairs bedroom needed a bit of a re-work. Thankfully, there’s plenty of room for two small bedrooms.
After lots of discussion, Knox asks to join the farm!
Of course, Clover accepts!

Knox comes over bright and early the next day, and him and Clover spend some time cloud-gazing and talking about the commune.
Clover has also been putting her gardening skills to good use.
That’s one big Eggplant! Clover is hoping to enter into the next Finchwick fair!
After Knox left, Clover did some fishing and fed Bluebell one of the treats she purchased at the fair today!
