I’m the worst blogger ever i literally couldn’t manage my time at all and that resulted in me disappearing for a whole year.. I miss everyone, the fandom, making gifs, the show :( but i graduate in 5 weeks so most likely I’ll be 100% active again :)
Being Muslim is just getting scarier and scarier, so if you’re non-Muslim and care about us please do anything you can to show it. Nothing is too small, from checking in to make sure we’re alright, shutting down islamophobic hate speech, defending us against hate crimes, donating to or servicing our mosques, protesting with us and for our causes, etc. just do whatever you can to let us know you’re on our side through the next four years and beyond.
You're so right about Lucas being the only one that didn't have any closure with Riley? Why'd you have to point this out? Like...Maya had that whole "life is trying to replace you" thing with Josh and her parents. Farkle had Smackle and him and Zay just didn't seem as upset as Lucas did. Lucas SINGLED HIMSELF OUT. "What if no one is ready. What if I'M NOT READY" This hurts me.
the worst part is that it felt so purposeful? like, exactly, smackle and zay and farkle were all upset but it was obvious they would work it out. they’d reached closure with it, whatever happened. they were grateful for riley and would always love her but were able to remove themselves from it to whatever degree. farkle and smackle had each other. zay knew he’d still have lucas.
maya had amazing moments with riley, and with the family angle and her being present for the decision making (as you’d expect), it felt like she was settled. no matter what happened, she had options and she had potential and although she would never choose to have riley leave, she could handle it. she could power through.
lucas got none of this – not due to a lack of screen time like usual, but simply because his story wasn’t pointing that way. if you rewatch, he legitimately does not smile a true, content smile the entire episode until after its revealed riley is staying. he gives her the softest smile in the classroom scene when farkle goes to erase the board. but before that, he looks stoic and closed-off the entire episode. he’s not ready. he’s not ready, he’s not prepared, he says so himself. and the episode leaves you with that feeling.
i don’t think i will ever be able to get the image of him watching her leave at topanga’s out of my head. it legitimately says it all. he’s watching such an important part of his life and who he is walk away from him, maybe forever. and he’s not ready.
he would power through, i know, because he’s strong and good and would make it work eventually. i say this because i know lucas friar. but by the impression the episode leaves you with? sure doesn’t feel like it.

I haven't slept for 3 days now and I won't anytime soon because of the fact that my lovely teachers decided to give me 5 tests, a quiz, 2 labs, 3 projects due tomorrow and Friday. I've been surviving on coffee and energy drinks and pretty sure I'm gonna crack sometime soon fml
Hello everyone :) I’m officially back on tumblr and I’m not on a full hiatus but kind of a semi one so hopefully i can post at least once a day because of school.
I took a break because I was dealing with the stress that the fandom gives me and school and other personal things
I’m doing better now and I miss my friends a lot and that’s why I’m returning here + I rly miss making gifs and icons literally its killing me lol

It’s like whenever I let out a breathe someone has to start shit with me I got so much shit for that post but I don’t regret making it I was proving a point those who think maya is a complete angel, but I know both girls have flaws I’m tired of Riley getting hate for blinking And I’m tired of people saying these things to me because of a kids tv show like is that what you do with your pathetic life right now ? The hate that I get from being in this fandom has brought me my depression back, people started sending triggering stuff to me Is that what y'all want ? Does that make you happy ? Congrats on whatever you were trying to accomplish
