Changes: Giovanna doesnt have the two puffballs on her ‘shoulders’ yet

Campanella has different eye and top designs. The early designs on the left are really cool, could the furthest left be her true witch..?

Concept Yu hong isn’t as detailed on the balloon bit

Beatrice is barely changed but the silver parts seem to be golden in the final version

Theresia seems unchanged

Elfriede’s fingers are paler/uncoloured in the concept. Certain patterns on her dress change too. I quite liked the old spotty underskirt

Cendrillon has a necklace in the final version and the colours change a little. I like seeing the sketches of her attacks and moves :)

Zola is unchanged but there’s a dope big body drawing below her. I love it a lot~

Kriemhild isn’t changed much apart from very small things. Hello Gertrud!

Portable Homulilly seems exactly the same as final, though I dunno if her ribbon finger does that pointy sparkle attack at all in-game

Candeloro has this beautiful cannon that is never used in-game, it’s so lovely..!

There’s a nice view of Oktavia’s torso in the concept here, since she’s always slumped over, it’s nice to see!

The stripes on Ophelia are all yellow here whereas in the final they’re multicoloured.

Nagisa’s concepts have some really interesting stuff..! It’s some kind of doppel fusion of Sayaka and Nagisa. They’re soooo cool and give me total concept movie vibes..!

Apparently, in beta Magia Record, the doppel attacks were meant to be in an Inu Curry style! In early trailers and screenshots we can see Mami and Madoka’s doppels like this.

I can totally see why they didn’t keep this up…
