Israel had shut off water and electricity from Gaza 110 days ago. One hundred and ten days ago. Most of us would literally not survive this long without clean water and electricity. Look around you right now and tell me how many things in your vicinity depend on electricity. Are you able to imagine a life without uninterrupted access to water? I still remember the old lady who was interviewed in a tent who said "the question you should be asking me is how long ago was the last time I showered".

To know that millions of people have their literal life spans, their movement, their access to water, when they can eat, what and how much they can eat, when and how often they can shower, how and where they sleep - to have it all be controlled and dictated for them while also, simultaneously, the mere idea of providing them with aid is "out of everyone's hands"?

There are fucking miles of aid trucks, filled with essentials, that are stopped right outside of Gaza at the Rafah border, while people inside of Gaza are freezing and starving and dreaming of clean water to drink. How does this not infuriate you?

Fuck Israel and every nation that enables and emboldens it.

Hey everyone, this is Bisan from Gaza. I'm still alive but Hind is not. Do you remember Hind Rajab? This seven (7) years old child who was missed 12 days ago. Hind was in a car with five (5) family members and they were all killed - except Hind - by an Israeli bomb, and then she called the Ambulance, she asked them to rescue her. Two Ambulance men from the Red Crescent tried to do this but they were also missed. Now; today they were found killed. The body of Hind found killed, found murdered. It's just a new massacre added to the list of endlessly massacres committed by Israel against my people; Palestinians in Gaza right now.

No one holds Israel accountable until now. No one is doing anything. Hind was killed. Who is the next? I don't know, it might be any one of us, but I mean, it's a new, it's a new massacre - she is murdered. You all heard her story, you all heard her voice asking for help saying (Bisan speaks in Arabic first then translates to English the following) "take me with you, take me from here". She was between dead bodies for days, alone and no one could rescue her. We knew where she was, we knew that she was okay, we knew that she could contact the Red Crescent but no one rescued her.

Rafah was Palestinians’ very last safe zone. There is quite literally nowhere else left to go. And now it’s being bombed with airstrike after airstrike.

It's unfathomable, even more so when you realize this isn't the first time Israel has done this. She was a baby. The men were so obviously red crescent medics, and still, Israeli soldiers shot and killed them.

It wasn't a misfired bomb. It was guns. They knew what they were targeting.

Anyone who defends this, for whatever religion you believe in, even if you believe in nothing at all, I can only hope the afterlife brings you your deserved suffering on a platter. My entire twitter feed is people in Rafah saying they’re terrified, saying their good byes, and asking us to remember them in our prayers. Rafah is facing a massacre. It’s a genocide. We will not know the number of deaths until the morning.

Ramadan is coming up and I can’t stress enough how much Palestinians have never got the chance to experience one normal Ramadan for 75years

Theory number 378: it's all a joke.

A bad joke. An extremely unfunny one. The world's worst joke ever.

Somewhere out there, there's an asshole cracking up right now, Caroline can feel it. This can’t be random. It can't just be an unfortunate coincidence. Things like this don’t just happen by chance. Not in Mystic Falls.

If she had been alone, or if there was anyone else here, then she could believe this was a wrong place, wrong time kind of situation. It wasn't directed at her, she just happened to be the unlucky one to get caught up in a nasty glitch in the supernatural matrix and sucked into this simulation from hell.

But she's not alone, and she’s not with just anyone either. Of all the people in the world, she had to get stuck in this weird history-altering, memory-removing, magic wipe-out of a world with Klaus Mikaelson.

There's no way this was an accident. It has to be the deliberate action of someone with a very twisted sense of humor.

The one thing Caroline is certain of is that whoever is behind this knew exactly what they were doing, and picked the two of them for a reason. For the life of her, she can't fathom what that reason could be other than dark enjoyment, but it exists, and now all she and Klaus have to do is figure out how to work together to find out why. And then how they can put a stop to it.

How hard can it be?
