Hello, long time no see! I haven’t been doing Sims stuff for a while, but I’m back at it now! I’ve missed the TS2 community a lot, so here’s something for you guys.
Rented Space’s 3t2 AF Boho Vintage Bell Blouse Recolors
I took this top and edited out the embroidery and drawstring, and then made some recolors. Mesh is included, files are labelled, etc. As always, let me know if something isn’t working. :P

Re-making this lot I’ve made probably ages ago. Will be in handy pretty soon. Might put the lot for downloads but it’s a bit messy so I doubt it. It’s a ‘before’ pictures, I plan to upload ‘after’ pictures as soon as I’m done with it.

Welcome to Wyvern’s Bay, a (somewhat) plot-driven BACC with a magical spin!
You’ve already had a chance to see Old Town, so now it’s time to showcase another location. This one is simply called Calm Clearing, because, well, that’s what it is: a clearing in the woods. It’s not too far from the lot where my soon-to-be settlers will be moving in, and it’s meant to be one of the first places that they discover upon their arrival to Wyvern’s Bay.
…Yeah, I know, pre-built community lots aren’t allowed as per the BACC rules - but I wanted to add some Castaway-inspired elements to my BACC, and give my sims the chance to discover new ‘locations’ as the challenge progresses. So you see, this is not so much a ‘community lot’ as it is a location to be discovered, therefore it doesn’t count as cheating. Once my founder has met all necessary requirements, I’ll add proper community lots - but for now, it’s just these nature lots.
This one’s got few hidden surprises for my settlers, courtesy of @sunmoon-starfactory’s stunning functional sets (can you spot them in these pics? ))

SSU botanical gardens. The Pleasantview greenhouse
Together with SSU’s old Department of Botany and Woodland Park, the Pleasantview greenhouse makes up the the only botanical complex located outside of the campus.
Obviously I am aware that it would be too hot to run a coffee shop in a greenhouse and that the desert plants cannot be located in the same place as the palm trees, but screw logics it looks pretty lol
