Free Fozy ttrpg

The fire crackles warm and the conversation turns now, as it so often does, to short tales about your encounters with the fey and dragons, but also simple poems and memories of the beauty and life within your village. Shared together with mugs of cocoa in your cottage.

This is a Cozy RPG in which you, and possibly a group of friends, will form a collage of moments within a village surrounded by fairies by reminiscing about your life within it.

Every Game a Solo, Co-op, and or Journaling Game

This book provides you with a method to play TTRPGs without a gamemaster or to expand journaling games such as “Last Tea Shop” or “Apothecary”, which often offer very little support to help you go beyond just a few random encounters.

In addition, this system is meant to help you turn every game into a journaling game, while injecting slice-of-life and cozy moments into any RPG so that you can journal the downtime of your favorite TTRPG character, and or their retirement. Want to play 5e, Pathfinder, Dungeon World, Wanderhome, Fiasco, and more by sitting down and writing creatively? Great!

You can also use this system to play cooperatively, by helping you build the world and quests around you as you play, by inspiring you to discover what happens to your character.

If this sounds complicated, don’t worry, solo roleplay is deceptively straightforward, which is good, because in TTRPGs the simple solution is often the best one.

Expanding TTRPGs beyond simple charisma and persuasion, these are tables for building conversations, as well as more advanced ideas about the skills and abilities associated with forming friendships.

My hope is to provide you some possible tools and information that will help you expand upon conversations and interactions with characters in TTRPGs. The ideas and information in this zine are meant to help with most types of TTRPGs, either providing you inspiration for what to say or a way to alter and tweak the TTRPG you are playing to help expand your dialogue options.

I developed this system of dialogue for TTRPGs and Journaling RPGs by studying the psychology of charisma and the archetypes from slice of life, romance, and cozy mysteries.

My goal with this book is to help you to think of new ways to play through dialogue in your campaigns. In many cases this can be used as a system neutral method, while in others it is designed to help you alter and adjust existing systems such as 5e, Pathfinder, etc. to better fit with the complexity of social situations that might arise or even be the center of the game.
