Se buscan participantes, entre las edades de 18 y 54 años, que estuvieron en Puerto Rico cuando el huracán María ocurrió, para participar en un estudio. El estudio es realizado por José Enrique Vázquez Torres, estudiante del programa doctoral de psicología clínica, de The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, recinto de Chicago.
El propósito de este estudio es evaluar el impacto psicológico del huracán María en los puertorriqueños. Se les pedirá a los participantes a completar una encuesta sobre síntomas y eventos relacionado al huracán Maria. La encuesta tomará aproximadamente de 30 a 45 minutos. Al final de la recolecta de datos, 15 de los participantes serán seleccionados al azar y serán compensados con tarjetas de regalos.
